Ignorance

bliss...
I
hope
I
never
have
to
shop
at
this
TJMAX.
The
staff
seems
pretty
green
and
lack
customer
service.
I
visited
today
to
return
a
few
items,
1
was
a
bathing
suit
I
did
have
the
receipt
and
the
other
was
the
item
in
the
picture.
First
of
all
I
shop
here
way
too
much
know
if
I
have
used
my
debit
card
the
refund
can
be
tendered
as
cash
or
back
to
the
card.
I
do
not
understand
why
the
cashier
insisted
on
it
going
to
the
card.
After
resolving
that
issue,
I
asked
if
they
could
check
the
item
I
was
exchanging
and
the
same
cashier
just
blow
me
off,
as
to
just
go
and
look
and
then
come
back.
This
is
where
customer
service
would
show
up
and
out.
Oh
yes
ma'am,
let
me
look
up
the
item
to
see
if
we
still
have
it
in
our
system.
It
seems
we
no
longer
have
this
item
in
our
inventory,
however
you
could
order
it
on
line
or
I
can
check
another
TJMAX
for
the
item!
This
is
not
that
TJMAX,
so
I
have
to
search
for
the
item
which
wasn't
there
and
then
come
back
and
stand
in
a
very
long
line
to
exchange
the
item
and
waste
more
time.
The
cashier
had
to
refund
the
item
first
to
a
store
card.
She
then
rang
the
items
and
had
me
apply
the
store
card
and
took
it
back.
I
felt
like
the
land
of
the
dumb,
and
this
cashier
was
the
stores
coordinator.
Here
is
something
I
don't
usually
do,
tell
companies
how
to
run
your
business.
If
you
want
business
you
have
to
show
good
will.
This
is
TJMAX,
my
usual
receipt
is
at
least
$100-
$200.
Be
helpful
not
distrustful,
and
your
customers
will
continue
to
spend
money
at
your
business.
