Dr. Bharastani was very straightforward about the prognosis and the solution. The procedure was done quickly and I liked that he told me what to expect at every stage both during the procedure and after. Everyone in the office were helpful. I followed his advice and no issues. Very pleased.

Went to see Dr. Kligman for my annual check up. I’ve always loved visiting this office. The staff is always polite and friendly. The wait time is very minimal and they take you in right away to get you prepared to see the doctor. I’m looking forward to my visit next year.

From “hello how can we help” great office!!!! Phenomenal staff and even more awesome Dr. Kligman. The Doctor took time to explain step by step and in layman’s terms not using medical terminology and in a language other than English to be clearly understood. The nurse patient and gentle beyond words and the office admin precise with instructions. Overall everyone very attentive and kind. 10+, A++

I was very disappointed the way my appointment was handled by the front desk, I went in for an urgent issue with my eye, and the wait time was over an hour , i explained to them that i could not wait that long and they told me there is nothing they can do and cannot put me in ahead of anyone else coming in for eye exams. I understand , but if someone comes in for an urgent issue i think an accommodation should have made , therefore i left Dr. Kligman is a good DR. and i will have to reconsider visiting this practice

Very good experience. I was given a same day emergency appointment. Dr Klingman very thorough. Staff very pleasant and office very clean and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Everyone in the Manhasset office was super nice and helpful. They got me in last minute and the appointment went smoothly. The doctor was very nice and explained my options carefully. Procedure was quick. I wasn't as lucky at the Garden City office for my follow up and would give 2 stars if I could split it. Older lady at front desk was rude, short and condescending. Younger lady was very nice, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help, reviewing the details carefully and offering suggestions when my authorization, which was only 7 days old, could not be confirmed as it was entered incorrectly. Sadly, I couldn't afford to stay for appt and risk being billed an amount that couldn't be determined.

Dr Kligman did all my cataract and other related surgeries He is a caring and pleasant man and I felt comfortable with him as my Doctor. He answered all my questions. I was pleased with the office staff and the surgery facility. I would recommend him. He is knowledgeable and would explain anything I needed to understand in words that were easy to understand.
