I can’t express enough that there is no other place more enjoyable and consistent than this place. I own a Resort and would kill to have this Chef and his staff. This is fine dining at its best. The service is second to none ! Tonight we had Christian as our server who was also second to none. They are so well trained and professional like I’ve never seen in any other restaurant including my own. Chef John Carlo , Danny, Sal , Chritian x3 yes there’s more than 1 , are a team not to be challenged! Tonight we started with Fresh Burrata over Imported Prosciutto and Chilean Sea Bass for entree. If your looking for that to die for dining experience stop reading the reviews and treat yourself! You will not forget this place I promise!

Absolutely perfect gem of Long Island. The food is consistently perfect, the service even when busy is always great. Nelson (head server) always makes you feel like his only table. The chef is from Bari, Italy and runs his kitchen well. Danny (front of house/owner) is always on the move welcoming customers, checking on satisfaction. Just tey it, you wont regret it.

All I can say is thank you with the sincerest gratitude. We had our daughters first birthday party here today and everything was absolutely incredible. From the food, to the service, to the aesthetics of the restaurant, it was truly amazing. The waitstaff and Danny, the manager, were so pleasant and helpful even with all the chaos of a kids party. So lucky to have stumbled across this hidden gem recently. My wife and I had other dinner plans that fell through and we found this place on the map as we were not familiar with the options in this area and were we delighted! The food was amazing, creative, unique, and absolutely perfectly executed! The owner stopped by towards the end of our meal and had a drink with us on him. I can’t wait to go back here and enjoy more of this excellent menu.

Awesome spot ! Ate here for the first time this evening and was seated promptly and our party of 8 were lucky enough to get seated in the glass room . With young kids this was a perfect spot. Danny and Christian made sure everything was perfect from start to end. They catered to the kids as well as the adults. Food was excellent and service matched the food, not a single complaint . Definitely coming back. Keep up the amazing work !

I have only ever gotten the family meal to go so I cannot speak for the dine-in experience. However, the family meal is FANTASTIC! It can easily feed 4-5 people and often we have left overs. The portions are generous and the food is amazing. I have ordered it many times and will continue to do so.

Outstanding from start to finish! A few months ago I reached out to this restaurant about hosting a baby shower after I read their reviews. Unfortunately, we are not from the area and had to rely on reviews and the owners words. As a caterer myself this was difficult. Well let me tell you, right from the start they were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely accommodating, flexible, friendly and made you feel like they were going to handle everything and they did. My guest raved about the food and atmosphere. Complimented their amazing staff and the mommy and daddy to be were beyond grateful. We could not thank you enough for the wonderful experience. You must give them a try!

Long Island native visiting from Atlanta. Dinner with a group of friends. Food was wonderful!!! Drinks great! Service was also great! Best part of the evening… DJ Criss with old school and freestyle music!!!! We had a blast!!! We did not expect the Jammin DJ!!!!! We can not wait to return!!!

Fun place, lively atmosphere on a Friday night. Excellent for large groups and celebrations. Very nice staff and service, they all do their best to make sure you enjoy the experience.

I had my bridal shower here in October and I have to say Danny made it amazing! Everything came together beautifully! All 4 courses came on time and warm! The food here is delicious! The space was perfect! It felt cozy and comfortable! I would 1000%% recommended having your party here! They are so accommodating. They day went so smooth everything was right on schedule. We had plenty of time to play games and dance! Thank you so much Cassariano!

The inside is loud, probably great for parties and if you're looking for a high energy atmosphere. The outside area is nice but unfortunately the seats are flimsy and breaking. Seems like an easy fix. Enjoyed the sangria and the gnocchi bolognese. I really like their sauce. (it's sauce people, not gravy). The staff was friendly and very attentive. They had super large parties and I know they were very busy but managed to check in on us often enough.

I had our wedding here during the pandemic and it was more than I expected!!! 🤵‍♂️👰‍♀💍Great food, great service, and great venue for events. Danny and his staff definitely helped us out big time through these rough times, and I truly appreciate them. 🙏 6 months later, we revisited them and had an amazing dinner. The Porktendereloin was FIRE🔥!! To top it off, on a Friday night at 10 pm, the venue's mood changed with a live DJ.

Easily the best Italian food I've had in a long time. I ordered Bronzino, which was one of the featured dishes that evening. The person I was with ordered a chicken entry; both were amazing! The portions were very generous. Our servers, Nelson and Chelsea, were top notch. They were professional and attentive without ever being overbearing or intrusive. I loved my cocktail but sadly can't remember the name of it. It had tequila and basil (which they left out for me due to a food allergy). Everything from our appetizer to desserts was perfect!

1st time here..we will definitely be back. Food was great. Portions were nice. Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderful service. Great looking bar. Will try the outdoor dining options next time

We had relatives in from down south and they wanted to eat at an authentic Italian restaurant. Cassariano did not disappoint. The staff was thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. They suggested food choices that were great and you could tell that they enjoyed the food too. The restaurant is beautiful and they even sat us in a beautiful private area. It was a great evening.

Great Italian food! Great hosts for any occasion from a simple night out to special occasions. We love it here and will be coming back often!

What can I say but the food was absolutely wonderful absolutely delicious I have never had a steak that could be for the seafood platter was out of this world I'm so happy I took my wife there for a celebration we both really enjoyed ourselves both the owners deserve a round of applause the service was excellent the food was excellent I have no regrets making the decision to go there for dinner and celebrate with my wife on her special occasion they may feel very welcome and they miss feel like family thank you once again keep up the good work God bless you all
