Was craving diner pancakes and this was the nearest to me at the time. Ordered the Supreme Cinnamon Hotcakes and it did not disappoint. Its on the sweeter side for sure, basically a cinnamon roll as a pancake. Also ordered their fried cod (not pictured) and it turned out good. Only gave 4 stars due to the long wait, probably due to the fact I went on a Sunday afternoon.

3.5 stars. We went for carry out around 4:30pm, my daughter wanted mash potatoes and hash brown and asked if we could stop by. Was told the wait to order would be 2 minutes, it actually took 10. The restaurant wasn't fully occupied so I don't understand the delay. We had the honey butter chicken and biscuits with sides of mash potatoes, green beans, and hash brown. The mash potatoes is the only thing we'd give 5 stars. Chicken was oily and there was too much juice from the green beans making the biscuit soggy. It's been at least 5 years or more since I've been to Bob Evans now I remember why. Food is not appetizing enough.

I placed an order online for delivery. My two salads was the wild fire chicken and I have attached my receipt where I requested the wild fire salad dressing. I was sent ranch dressing instead. I ordered the cup of chicken soup with noodles. The soup tasted as though it was in the bottom of a pot that was scorched which left it tasting burnt. I ordered a slice of apple pie and I attached a pic. There is no crust at the bottom and the slice is the size of the palm of my hand. I am very disappointed in my first delivery order because my salad was not the same without the dressing, I ordered the soup was not edible and the size of the pie was not worth my $5.00.

I ordered a $27 family sized grilled chicken Cobb salad for an event I was hosting the next day, from the South Euclid location. The chicken was not on the salad. I had to talk to three people to get a resolution. They even had the nerve to ask me to bring the salad back. I was at an event. There was no way I could leave to bring the salad back. Which is a ridiculous request in the first place. I would have been glad to send a picture.

I love this place and go often. The food is alright and this place always seem to have a nice atmosphere everytime I go.

This store is never crowded when I go. They did a good job preparing the food. It didn't take too long cause there were only a few customers. I was able to find plenty of parking spaces. And the store was clean

They always missing items for my salad. Never answer the phone. This don't even give u enough dressing or salad sauce or utensils..they never correct their problems when it's addressed to them. I'm tired of calling to tell them what's always missing..

Showed up the greeter was great positive attitude sat me where I asked for with no problem DJ our waiter was great positive attitude and very great service but I had a issue with one of my dishes I asked it to be remade but instead of it being remade it was brought back on a dirty plate so I asked again and the manager brought it out on the same plate again so I asked it to be removed from my bill then the manager Demetria comes over and makes a big deal about removing it from my bill throwing her hands and giving me me an attitude if I wasn't for this I would have given this place a higher rating.

This is a typical Bob Evans. The plate was hotter than the food. The waitress was busy but took care of us. They looked like they were possibly short staffed in the kitchen. Waitress was attentive and did her best with the slow kitchen.

On our little family vacation we stopped at a BE restaurant for the first time and it was pretty pleasant. We wish there was one closer to us b/c we'd love to go back. While the service was very, and I mean very slow (15 minutes just to get our table which was just a round one in the corner of a practically empty restaurant and 20 min just to get our beverages), the server was VERY polite and pleasant. Everyone got something different and everyone was very pleased with their meal. Not one complaint. The mac and cheese was pretty great, meat was flavorful. The biscuit was tasty. My teen got a breakfast platter of some sort and he's still talking about it. The restaurant was very clean and taken care of, bathrooms included! On the way out we bought some souvenirs. The lady at the register was also very nice.

Bob's is always a solid experience, we went for a late breakfast, had good, well made eggs, toast, biscuits, gravy, always good coffee... Our waitress was also very nice and attentive.

We stayed in the Comfort Inn across the street and at here for dinner one night and for breakfast one morning. The service was good but kind of slow especially at breakfast when it was really busy. Our dinner waitress was very nice and attentive. She kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed. Our breakfast waiter was great. He took our order and didn't write anything down. He remembered every single order (there was 8 of us) and got everyone's food exactly right. Unbelievable. Food was good.

This is the most awful experience I ever had at restaurant! I have never before been treated so poorly at a restaurant before . The sever was absolutely horrible, it took her 20 mins to even come and speak to us or address us.Another 20 minutes to get drinks. Then while waiting for our food, our server went outside for a break and came back in without washing her hands and remained on her cell phone while trying to address us. Then she proceeded to verbal abuse us. I am beyond livid and will never support a Bob Evans again!

I had just come back from the doctor's office where I had spent hours and I had nothing to eat prior. Went to Bob Evans ordered a big breakfast. It was so delicious I ate everything on the plate. I had their strawberry pancakes convo without the whipped cream and powdered sugar. It was delicious I didn't even have to put syrup on it.

Food was good. There were only about 4 other people in the place. Service was extremely slow. We even had to ask the manager why we had to wait so long. He said he noticed that we were waiting an inordinate amount of time. He gave me a discount because of it. The waitress and the manager were extremely cordia, polite, and friendly. The waitress came over to check on us after we finally got our food. This was the first time service here was this slow.

Not sure why they would put sour cream on the potatoes when they may need to be heated up...I know technically u can warm it up, but always should be kept separate just in case...probably won't eat.

I will never order from this place again. My mom wanted Take-out from here for Mother’s Day. Not only did they make us wait double the time we were told, but half of our order was missing. The food we were given barely even looked edible. I could’ve made a breakfast at home that looked ten times better than the slop we were given from here.
