Joan catered our wedding. Excellent food and great staff. I try to eat here regularly. Very fresh and healthy food.

Had wonderful lunch there today. It was my first time. Fast service, had grill cheese and tomato soup. Both made with great spices and herbs. I will come again and recommend to others.

I called J Pistone this morning and asked if they would help me out big time and make a large key lime pie by the late afternoon for my wife's birthday. The woman I spoke with was incredibly kind, and said she would have one ready by noon. I went to pick it up and the service was excellent, and the staff had a genuine family like energy. The whole family agreed that it was the best key lime pie we have ever had!! Excellent in every way. Thank you J Pistone team! I will be back often!

Incredibly awesome!!! We had a ball! Their food was fantastic!. Nothing was bad... Everything was absolutely delicious. We bought a sampling of a lot of food to try... We were not disappointed. The customer service was excellent! Friendly, courteous, patient staff. We will definitely be returning to J. Pistone.

They have some of the best lobster bisque I've ever had 🦞 😋 extra creamy and with chunks of lobster meat. The staff are always very friendly. My Fave staff members are Chuck and Twan. The owners John and Sister are also always very pleasant with their patrons. Love this place ❤ 👌

Fantastic to go counter in the revitalized Van Aken neighborhood. Joan Pistone runs a tight ship. She and her staff make tasty prepared foods and desserts. Try the fried chicken. I just did and loved it, but it’s got a little kick to it!

Ate in the little dining area. Very clean. Service was excellent. Super friendly. Food was amazing. Breakfast quiche was delicious and well more than enough for one person. The key lime pie was the best I have had outside the Florida Keys. Definitely would return.

Came here for lunch. Ordered chicken rice soup and a wrap! The prices are great and the food was excellent ❤️

Wonderful neighborhood market and cafe. l highly recommend for breakfast or lunch. Order at the deli counter and food will be prepared to order and delivered to your table or packaged for carry out. I enjoyed the Shaker Beef sandwich. You really should try the Lobster Bisque as it’s fantastic. You can’t go wrong with the Key Lime Pie for dessert. Before leaving I shopped their market for some pasta and also found Maple Crackle. Just WOW! Great people and service in a clean neighborhood setting. Not fancy but there aren’t many places like this left.

My family has been dining with the Pistones for over 30 years beginning with the Lincoln Inn & following her to Shaker Hts. The food is always delicious, the service prompt and Joni is the consummate hostess.

One of our favorite spots in Shaker. We live right around the block and love to stop by and grab some snacks. Staff is always welcoming and the food is fantastic.

This is a neighborhood treasure. Really high quality food. AND baked goods. AND a coffee bar. Also a place to get wine, prepared foods and deli stuff to go. And comfy seating so you can sit and relax with friends.

My wife and I had the privilege of having J. Pistone cater our wedding rehearsal dinner on October 6th, 2023. The wide range of food options that were made available to us gave our guests a fantastic pallet of delicious options. Additionally, the staff that were present to help serve food and drinks were extremely kind and helpful. We would, without a doubt, strongly recommend J. Pistone for catering any kind of event!
