My favorite Thai food in Denton. The crab and rice was phenomenal. Everything tasted fresh and the prices were reasonable considering the quality. The portion sizes were large enough to where I had left overs. The staff was nice and the food came out quicker than expected. The dessert was creamy and everything looked almost like as advertised.

We went close to closing time but the staff were super nice and did not rush us out! So happy to have a Thai option that's open on Mondays!! We got the spicy eggplant, yellow curry, Tom kha, and the fried bananas. Everything tasted amazing and our server Nina was the best!!

Love the food at Royal Yum! The portions are generous so always leftovers for another day & the prices are reasonable. The service was good even though it seemed there wasn't an abundance of waitstaff. The restaurant is roomy so you don't feel you are dining in a crowded, noisy restaurant & the decor is very pleasant. An all around enjoyable dining out experience.

Very delicious food and place is very neat and cozy. Service is good, too. We had the lettuce wrap, chicken tenders with fries, crispy chow mein, pineapple yellow curry, and fried banana on honey.

Extremely tasty foods. I had my farewell dinner with research group at this restaurant. They were kind enough to serve complimentary desert for my graduation.

OUR new favorite place for Thai food when visiting the DFW area! We were so excited about trying the different dishes that we forgot to take photos of some of them before diving in. LOL!

This might be the best Thai food in Denton. I don't say that lightly. Having tried all the Thai offerings over the last decade and a half, I can say that there really isn't bad Thai food in Denton. We're lucky in that sense. That said, something about Royal Yum has really stood out. The flavors are amazing and complex. The service was amazing, and we got our food so quickly. The peanut sauce they make is absolutely delightful. Portions are hearty and the spice levels are great. I got. Pineapple curry with a level 4, and while I order a 5 at most restaurants, this had me reaching for water more frequently than usual. The mango sticky rice was also amazing, and that they deliver it in the shape of a heart is a cute touch. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this to others as well. Fantastic restaurant, can't wait to try more of their menu. Oh! They also have vegan Thai iced coffee, and it's a great dessert.

We are here after class around 6:00pm on Monday. We were seated quickly and our orders for drinks were made then. The tea was just ok, the sesame chicken was good and could serve two people easily. I had the Green Curry Salmon, I do not know, however, the fish tasted like it had been frozen. It was served hot and mildly spicy. The flavor was good but the curry could have been thicker with more of a nuanced tamarind spice. The vegetables that came with it were good. This restaurant is a good place to get fast, friendly, good tasting food.
