I looked around Dallas for over a month to find a place to call home.. Urby was the best place I found for what I was looking for! It’s design and layout is fantastic, the units are modern and sleek with great finishings and great views. Here’s what makes it the best place and why I ended up signing a 18 month lease… the people. The staff is fantastic, the leasing manager Natasha is amazing, Carly is a gem and always helps me with anything that comes up, and Matt the manager is someone who honestly values the tenants! If you’re looking for a place in Dallas this place needs to be at the top of your list!

I’ve loved living at the Urby!! Everyone who visits loves the vibe of the building, it’s definitely my favorite place I’ve lived. It feels like a small community, my dog is on a first name basis with most of the concierges and security. Really thankful for such a mindful and proactive community! I moved into the Urby January 2023, first on the 27th floor! I looked at a lot of properties all around Dallas, the Urby was actually the last property I toured. I went so far as staying in one of their Abode apartments for a week just to get the full experience. I can honestly say that from day one I really fell in love with the property. The aesthetic, design elements, quality of finishes are just very well put together and unique compared to everything else I had seen. The location and city views are incredible. And I also really love the staff and feel of the community. Events are always well put together, the building is cleaned and maintained daily, 24 hour concierge. I feel everyday that I made the right decision, and I am very happy to call the Urby home!

I’m giving this review from two different perspectives. As a resident, and as a realtor who often refers people to Urby. As a resident, maintenance is very quick and goes above and beyond. Resident events are plentiful and done very well! The cafe, Meteor, on the first floor is very aesthetic and a great place for coffee, breakfast, pizza, or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and allow you to personalize your aesthetic! As a realtor, the team here goes above and beyond for clients, communicates well, and are easy to work with, which cannot be said about other communities in Dallas. Overall, Zach, Natasha, Lauren, Jazzmyn, Carly, and Paisley are just a few of the people who make this property the BEST place to live in Dallas. If you’re looking for a fun experience, with great walkability, amazing restaurants, and a fun, safe, resident experience, Urby is the community for you!

Living at Urby is HANDS DOWN one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the community events, the pool, and the gym, Urby does it right. The lobby is always so well maintained and I genuinely feel safe. There is very friendly security in the parking garage 24/7 and security in the lobby at night. Compared to most apartments in the area, Urby is built with quality and has such a beautiful unique vibe. Last but not least, the employees are fantastic and so friendly!!!

Natasha made the decision to move into this building easy! Her hospitality & energy, and the building's attention to detail & design was truly inspiring. The highlight of the tour was the gym - its the best I've ever seen. Cant wait to move in and be a part of Urby!

Very positive experience so far, - Awesome views of Dallas skyline. - A lot of events for the residents. - Very clean gym with new equipment. The only thing that might be missing, is a rooftop for the residents to hangout.

I just moved into the Urby in December and WOW it has been amazing! Natasha & Carly were great to work with and made the move extremely easy. The RC's at the front are all so welcoming and have made this place already feel like home. The apartment itself is stunning from the gym to the units. They also go above and beyond to ensure all the residents feel safe. Great apartment- that I would recommend to anyone!
