Best studio I’ve ever been to. Will definitely stay loyal to this location. Amazing ownership and that’s where it all starts. From management, to coaches, to the front desk… everyone is an absolute delight!

TLDR: perfect for people who have no motivation or discipline to work out on their own, like myself. This studio is great, welcoming, friendly, lots of coaches with different playlist styles, quite diverse inclusive clientele, like new equipment, efficient workout that's totally planned out, great if you want to know your numbers like heart rate, calories burned. Take the first class free, and they'll walk you through everything to expect. Clean studio with bathrooms, one shower?, filtered water, and cubbies for personal effects. Easy parking in the MOC parking lot. Start up costs would include purchasing their specific heart rate monitor ($119), and then purchasing classes either by membership or class packs which they are happy to go over. Orangetheory makes it so easy to have a very thorough workout in one hour, and the use of the heart rate monitor really keeps me accountable and informed during the workout. The fitbit like band, measures distance, calories, and heart rate and you can see how you and your class are doing on the TV screens. Things are kept challenging because the workout focus changes day to day, between endurance, strength, power, sometimes a mix of all three, and periodic benchmarks or challenges. The workouts are different each day, but everyone has a turn on the treadmill (alternatively strider and bike for those who need it), rowing machine, and the weight floor. The folks and coaches here are all great, and their playlists are different, so you can find someone who suits your style- I really like Regina, Madi, Darius and Lexi. I like that there are lots of class times to choose from, 7 days a week, usually starting as early as 5am and as late as 7:15pm, and 2G (24 ppl) vs 3G (36 ppl) classes, if you like a smaller size class. The coaches always ask if there's any injuries, and will help make any modifications to the workouts, so it's great for all fitness levels. The equipment is top of the line, and easy to work with. I think the gym goers here are all decent too- most everyone is pretty thoughtful about wiping stuff down as directed, giving everyone enough room to do their workout, encouraging each other between blocks. Everyone seems to be all shapes, sizes, ages, gender, ethnicity, fitness levels as well, so it feels totally comfortable. There's no judgment or that feeling of being out of place. The Orangetheory app is so easy to use- to view and sign up for classes (great for pre-scheduling-can sync to your calendar, as well as cancelling), get on the waitlist if needed, also to see your workout summary, workout history, body comp history. There's also At Home workout videos as well, which was really awesome when we weren't working out in studio. As of January 2023 I have the 8 classes/month membership for $119/month and that is working just fine for me right now. It comes out to two classes/week, at about $14.88/class. A one off class is $18. There's the level above is Unlimited, for $169?, and a level below that is 4 classes/month for around $69. You should definitely try the first class for free, and then buy a session pack if you're not ready to sign up for a membership or want more flexibility in how often you want to go. This studio is great too because they are very welcoming to newcomers and will definitely walk you through before the first workout of what to expect, check in on you after and they are very responsive by email and text if you have questions later. Some tips- 1) get to class a little early so you can sign up for the machine or section you want to start with, ie starting on the weight floor, ends on the rower, vs starting on the treadmill, ends on the weight floor. Just depends on how you like to workout. 2) Be careful in the parking lot with cars and people going in and out as one class ends and the next class comes, within a 15 minute window. 3) No one's really masking up here, but do feel free if you want/need to- it's totally acceptable and doable. The coaches and staff at OTF are wonderful. They are energetic, friendly and kind. I really appreciate all of the efforts the front desk staff makes to get to know members and make them feel like part of the OTF family. Regina is my favorite coach - she always knows how to get just a bit more from all of us. Madi is also excellent! I love the variety in the workouts and the benchmarks and challenges keep me (a super competitive person) really motivated. Proud founding member since 2016.

The absolute best workout by far. The coach makes working out fun and you barely even realize it's been a hour. Love that the class is different every time and you never get bored. It's good for any fitness level too!

After years of trying to do my own thing at the gym I found Orange Theory. The coaches are top notch, the staff is friendly, but most importantly the system works!

Just signed up at the cedar mill location and I’m really excited. Sammi at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign up, she was empowering and explained her personal experience and how it could work for me too. I go to my first class tomorrow, and I couldn’t be happier about my decision.

It really is the best one hour workout in the country! I've been a member for about 3 months. Each class is challenging, different, and super fun!! The coaches are knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and greet me with a smile every time I walk through the doors. Highly recommend!

The best workout for an hour, regardless of your fitness level! I joined OTF over a year ago and loved every seconds of it. Staff and coaches are always friendly and encouraging, and they know how to keep you motivated. The app makes keeping track of your classes and journey easy, and the facility is always clean. Love OTF and everyone here.

This place and customer service is awesome! The coaches help no matter what size you are - or fitness level you’re at! (I’m plus size and still building muscle) They explain everything and then let you know they are there for you no matter what. Very encouraging! I loved the workout I got and had to make this my self care - go to spot for my OTF workouts! And they have great parking options! Also located right next to some high end markets to browse around after your workout while you’re still cooling down! 🤗😊 10/10 recommended!

I like that I do not have to think about the workout. The instructor is there, and all you have to do is follow their lead for a complete body workout. Truly, all we have to do is show up!

I love this specific studio !! I was a member since they first opened. I moved further away and just couldn’t commit to a membership so now I do drop ins . The staff have always been super friendly and the coaches have also been great!! I just love the overall vibe in this studio !

I love that it’s different every day and the encouragement from the coaches and other members keeps me coming back for more. I also really like that there are periodic milestones so you can see how far you are progressing in your own personal fitness journey. All fitness levels are welcomed and the trainers are amazing about helping with modifications if you have any limitations due to injury or ability. OTF Cedar Mill has helped me lose 20 pounds in the last year and more importantly at 41 years old I am finally sleeping better and have more energy to get through the day. It’s not easy, but it is fun and you leave with a great sense of accomplishment after every workout. Try it, you’ll love it.

I love Orangetheory Fitness Cedar Mill! The studio is nice and clean. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The coaches are easy to approach, super motivating and are always helping me improve my form. I was so nervous for my first class but was pleasantly surprised to see people of all ages, body types and fitness levels in class. There were no high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign up after my free first workout which I really appreciated. No class is the same and you can always ask your coach for modifications if needed. I really can't say enough good about this studio and OTF in general.

Maybe I shouldn't let this secret out. The crew there rocks! I really appreciate the high energy, competent coaches and sweet front desk staff. The community of fellow members who are there, bleary-eyed at 5 or 6 AM with me are dedicated, focused and supportive of everyone. It's a team feel, not judging. And as a data junkie, I get all the feedback I need to push myself at the appropriate level of effort to make the time count. May 2019 update: after nearly 2 years of a committed routine at Cedar Mill OTF, I have lost significant weight and gained considerable tone. I feel like even at mid-life I am more fit than I have been in decades. August 2022, OTF Cedar Mill continues to be a central pivot to my health and wellness. Thanks to the pandemic shut down, I can very well imagine how life would be without the community of the studio. May 2023 I'm still at it. OTF Cedar Mill is still critical to my health and wellbeing and still delivers constantly above and beyond.

This is by far the best workout place I have been to. I am a person who was usually scared or bored of workouts but OTF changed my perspective completely. I am always looking forward for my classes here. I was unaware of my potential until I started here. Huge thanks to the instructors here. Coach Brian makes you feel personal. Coach Sarah will correct you and ensure you are doing your exercises correctly. Coach Katie continuously motivates and encourages you. The receptionists are also very friendly and polite. I am sad as I am moving to Seattle and will terribly miss this Cedar Hills location. OTF for life !!

Awesome studio at Cedar Mills. Perfect workout, in an hour, for my fitness goals. This is a routine that is very gentle on the joints, great for endurance, and where the possibility of injury is almost zero (as long as you follow your trainer's advice). In addition, all the coaches are very personable and professional. Although some may have preference in coaches, they are all truly committed to the OTF system.
