    Terrible experience! Salespeople were pushy. Regardless, we made a purchase and we've gotten emailed every week delaying delivery. We're now 5 weeks past date of purchase and still don't expect delivery for 7 weeks! No compensation or partial refund has been offered. I would not recommend this store to anyone! I don't think we've ever had a shopping experience worse than this.

    I was in my work clothes, I do drywall but was decent. Not one person looked me in the eye or asked if I was in need of assistance. Too bad I just bought two kids bedroom sets, a bedroom set for myself, living and dinning room sets. I spent over 12,000 Right down the street. Wonder if they make commissions there? Don't judge a book by its cover. My $95,000 truck was probably more than your old Mercedes 🤷‍♂️

    I bought a sofa here with the warranty. DO NOT purchase the 5 year extended warranty! The sales guy reassured me that the warranty covers all stains/tears/damage and worn out cushions when I bought the sofa, it covers nothing! They just denied my claim after 4 years of having my sofa. It was suppose to cover rips/tears/stains of any kind especially along the threading. They denied my claim, I won’t buy from Macy’s again.

    Macys is a full service department store located in the south center complex. This store is a survivor from way back. It’s a great multi leveled store that offers anything a full spectrum retailer with ample choice. Primarily a clothier, you can find men’s women’s and children’s clothe on 3 of its floors. House wares and furniture are also in store. Good value can be found in its inventory. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

    Terrible experience!! Ordered a couch on December was expecting to come on March never heard back. Contacted costumer service for 3 weeks and they didn't have an answer. People that work here only care to sale products and do not take responsibility after. My salesperson ,Emilio, mentioned my couch was in stock in Los Angeles and they are waiting any day for it to be delivered. ( 4 weeks delay- when is coming- we dont have that information was their respond) Got a call from their manager after calling for weeks saying that the couch is not delivered in Los Angeles yet, they are expecting it in the end of May. Are you kidding me? Why would you guys lie to begin with?MACY is a huge company, it embarrassing to have employees like that! I did cancel my order. I wouldn't recommend buying here, and I dont usually like to leave bad reviews but they are making fun with your money!!!

    We bought a sectional and the sales associate that helped us originally was great, not pushy, helpful and professional and they do have a large selection. That is why I'm giving 3 stars. The sofa we bought was horribly made and we had to speak with 6 different people before they agreed to return the sofa which cost us over $500 in return fees 15% restocking fee and shipping costs! The part that irritates my soul is when I called the show room for help the lady that answered said what's wrong with the sofa I said the pillows are flat as a board, the feathers come out in bunches and its pilling so bad that the sofa looks 10 years old! Its just poorly made. She said quote! "Well you bought the least expensive sectional we have" What the heck really! So lady does that mean its ok that in 30 days it fell apart and looks 10 years old!? I bought from Macy's for quality so I thought! I also would have paid 2k more for the sofa because its exactly what we were looking for a cloud style modular sectional! I didn't even know it was the least expensive one they had it sure wasn't cheap! I'm completely disappointed in the lady's complete lack of customer service, the quality of the sofa and the loss of $500 in shipping and fees! I would think twice before buying from Macy's they do not stand behind their products.

    Great place! It's a clean well lit well stocked store with everything you need to furnish your home. Our salesperson in the bed area, Denise, was very knowledgeable, helpful, fun and was a really great listener. She worked hard to match the right bed to our needs by asking lots of questions and the directing us to what would fit for us. And even though we didn't buy a bed on this visit we will likely return in the future and look forward to working with Denise again.

    Visited this store frequently over the last few weeks - left pretty much to ourselves, but help was available when we needed it... which suits us well. Purchased dining room furniture on one occasion and living room sofas on another, helped by different associates - both great! They were helpful, friendly and giving of their time. They were very careful to explain all options carefully and gave us great advice. The store has a great selection of furniture, parking is easy and the staff very amenable.

    Came in to look at the furniture in their showroom was going to purchase online. The sales person said "well if you buy with us, we can always help you here if you have any issues plus you help keep the lights on in the store by making the purchase here...". So I thought why not, let's make a purchase here. So I did. Then a month later (prior to receiving the furniture ordered) we decided to change our mind and get something else. Well, guess what??? You are unable to cancell your order and get a refund unless that same salesperson is in and they are the only ones that can do anything. They don't have a manager on duty, they don't have a supervisor on duty. So now my only option is to call Macy's customer service and do the cancellation there. Which defeats the whole purpose of coming into the store. Sleazy shady salespeople, they run to you when you walk in the door to buy stuff but when you need to cancel no one will help you. If you must purchase at Macy's (though I wouldn't ever again), save yourself the trouble and do it online.

    This was one of the worst Macy's furniture places I have been in. They sorta tried to help but you could tell it was mainly about the sale. And the selection was slim. Not sure what was going on but just not a good feeling, or experience.
