Wendy is amazing!! The first massage I ever got with her and felt like I have run a marathon. It was the most amazing feeling ever. I’ve been going to Massage surface for quite some time and they were never able to do she has done for me. If you like high-pressure, Massage Wendy is the one for you!

Ingrid at Massage Envy at Federal Way is AMAZING!! I have had massage therapy for years and have had some great therapists but this was the best, most effective massage I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, she is strong, she is very very sweet. I feel like buying her a car for how good I feel right now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I go here all the time. The staff is always nice. Justina does an amazing job for facials, very relaxing. If you have any knots, Wendy will get it out. Overall, very happy with my experience at the federal way location.

Wendy is the best! She’s great at adjusting her pressure when needed and has a way of making me feel comfortable when I’m feeling some pain. She’s easy to talk with. Her introducing me to the breast pillow my first session with her, has been a game changer for my massages!

Everything went perfectly I was greeted with a smile at the front desk and Robert was one of the best masseuses I've ever had. He listened to my concerns and did a wonderful job on the very difficult areas I had in my neck and back. I would highly recommend Robert and this Massage Envy location.

I am finding a way to review this place without it seeming I was disappointed. So first off, my therapist, Yngrid, was great. She was very in tune with what was going on with me. She spent almost 50minutes on my back, however, that was the only spot with the exception of a few minutes on my glutes. Wasn’t sure why it wasn’t a “full body” but here is where the 3 stars come in. I believe this is a practice of places like this that offer “memberships”. By having their therapists focus only in one spot it encourages people to come back, but for a cheaper rate you must join the “club”. Note, they will tell you it’s 12 months but you can opt for a 6 month and it’s not any more $. I will return with the same therapist because she did a great job and not her fault for the manipulations of a company.

Wendy is very good at what she does. She is very knowledgeable and can explain why she is doing the specific procedure she is doing. She is also very personable and makes my sessions pleasant and relaxing. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Im visiting from BC, Canada and I was in dire need of a really good RMT around the Milton area. After endless searching and scrolling through reviews, I decided that I was going to try out Massage Envy! The online booking process was super easy! I really liked how we can select our RMT through the type of “pressure” we would like to experience! I was very happy booking with Yngrid- she’s such a professional, such a kind lady, and her “firm” pressure was outstanding. She helped alleviate the soreness from my neck and back; I work from home and I’m always sitting at a desk. 10/10 recommend Yngrid for a deep tissue visit and a pep in your step post-massage! It was my first visit and first impressions are everything. Will definitely book again when I come back

Yngrid did such an amazing job! I asked her for a full body massage with a focus on my back and neck. Although she did absolutely amazing on my back and neck, she still put enough time and effort into my arms and legs! I will definitely book with Yngrid again!
