From the moment I entered the establishment, the positivity and friendliness was abundant! Your FIRST waxing is free (except a full Brazilian, but at 50% off- who can’t afford to at least TRY their services?!?) I was Amy’s client. She was professional and did not make me feel awkward or ashamed (considering she WAS providing full Brazilian services!) I will definitely be returning for more services! THEY EVEN DO FULL BRAZILIANS ON MALES- I know what I am getting my husband for Christmas! Hahaha! This establishment is clean, full of lively, vibrant team members, and offers many options for service! Please visit this location! You seriously won’t regret it!!!

I went in for the first time this week. I saw Amy and she did a phenomenal job just was quick and efficient. She was really nice and personable we had a great conversation and I can’t wait to go back!

First time EVER getting waxed. I went into this super anxious with the expectation a Brazilian was going to be the worst pain I've ever felt. Immediately upon entering the room, Lilian made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very considerate and talked with me through the whole process. Once she got started, the pain wasn't all that bad. Everything was quick and easy! I really appreciated her efforts to make this as painless as possible, especially since I expressed it was my first wax. She even helped me with some aftercare products, explained how/when to use them, and what to expect. I'm super pleased with my experience and can not wait to go back in 4 weeks! Had my very first ear and nose hair removal and my apprehensions were easily supressed by the soft hands of Melissa, a trainee, who showed professionalism and loving care in making my experience a very good one. She strictly followed infection control protocol. I will definitely have another treatment at this facility, which I found very clean and with very friendly and courteous staff.

I was super impressed with Amy’s knowledge base on waxing. She was friendly and talked me through the whole process. I’m very thankful to have had someone so friendly and knowledgeable. I’d give 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Karen is amazing! I’ve only been to her twice so far, but I was a cosmetologist when I was younger and waxing was one of my favorite services to provide! She does great, thorough work and I’m so happy to have found my new waxed after moving across the country!

I’ve been to two other European Wax Center locations, and I’ve had positive experiences at them all. I don’t remember all of my wax specialists’ names, but I especially liked my appointments with Karen and Amy. They were both very pleasant to talk with! :)
