My therapist was outstanding! Unfortunately, not remaining with this company. I’ve been in therapy for over 3 months, for two knee replacement surgeries. In that time frame, I’ve seen a complete employee turnover Today, I requested my discharge due to how the corporation treats their customers. I was initially overcharged for my co-pay and in February brought the error to their attention. In May, after no result, I called and discussed my refund request. I was told that no refunds could be processed due to billing being in process. I explained that I had 3 accounts due to 3 different doctors orders. After discussing the discharge of the the affected billing was complete, I was told the refund was approved. Checks would be sent out on the last Thursday of the month. Having not received my refund as of yet, I again called to check on the progress. I was told it would now take 4/6 weeks to process the check. I’m done with this company!

Their receptionist always has attitude. Always towards staff and those seeking customer service. For example tried to have her email some documents. She refused and told me my options were what was easiest for her with an attitude. She starts stuff with not main PT but the help she does for sure. They wont fire this woman. I left to another location and will probably leave select PT all together since they wont fire the beligerantly rude receptionist white woman overweight with black hair making appointments. Dont go here its not the best spot at all despite the reviews

Faye King is amazing!!! She's gentle, kind, caring, compassionate and patient in every visit. She listens well to my concerns and is very knowledgeable with different therapy exercises to help me get better. I feel so fortunate to have her as my physical therapist. I'd recommend her highly for anyone who needs therapies!

My experience at Select Physical Therapy is truly amazing. From the excellent knowledge of my unique needs to the friendly, warm instruction and answers to all my questions. They are wonderful people.

A couple of years ago I attended at this select physical therapy facility and I was very pleased with the result. But my experience so far with needing therapy again has been very poor. A woman named Joanne answer the phone, and for the second time she was very rude to me. On this occasion I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule, and when she said I was required to tell her why I was rescheduling I told her my reasons were personal, and she said that she would have to mark it as personal conflict, which is not what I said and taking the patient's word out of context, which seems to me is very abusive to someone who is suffering from a disability. Then she told me I could not possibly have a new appointment for more than a month because the physical therapist named Lauren was quitting. I asked if there were any new hire physical therapists, suddenly there were multiple appointments available within a couple of days. In less than 1 minute Joanne had lied to me multiple times. I have no idea why this person is so hostile towards the patients, but that is not acceptable under any medical practice or under Washington law.

After rotator cuff surgery and ten weeks in a sling, PT was needed. Having been through a number of rehabs do to other knee and ankle problems, I thought I should check out all my options. Doing some research I came to Select Physical Therapy. It has been a number of weeks now and my shoulder is most definitely improved. The knowledge, the great attitude, and the ability to help relieve pain has been wonderful. It is most definitely the people that make the difference here. Thanks to Amber PT, Wendy PTA B. Fitch

I’ve had the pleasure of having Isabella as my therapist. And also Wendy. Both were very good at what they do. The energy there is great and fun. Makes me want to work a little harder and they have great motivation there. Definitely worth trying them out if ur looking for a new therapist or even if ur looking for someone new. This is the place to come check out. Great vibe and positive energy there.

I have used this clinic in the past for a back issue and again recently after knee surgery for a meniscus tear. The care and patience the physical therapist employ is wonderful. They listen and adjust treatment to a level that is considerate and beneficial each week adding just enough to 'wake up' those muscles that have had time off atroping during my injury. With their exercises, knowledge and guidance I am almost 100%...everyday I am better and I thank them for their expertise. I would recommend any of these therapists for your physical therapy needs.

Miss Michelle spent time with me to discuss my post mastectomy rehab prior my surgery. She took measurements of my baseline range of motion and gave me some stretching exercises to do while in recovery to stay loose while waiting for my first rehab appointment. She made sure I understood everything completely. She was very personable and I look forward to working with her.

Been there several times and the ppl are nice and friendly and very helpful on recovering from my physical challenges.
