    Zero customer service after you’ve spent thousands of dollars. Spent almost $4000 altogether but I found that after you spend your money that lovely customer service that you get during sales is nonexistent. I’ve been to this More location multiple times over the last few months. Bought a living room and dining room set a few months ago after going to this location 3 to 4 times doing measurements and making sure I grab the items I really truly wanted. Andres was my sales person and he did a great job. Catering to me during my visits. Last week after multiple visits to the store looking at a particular bed room said hi decided on a mineral colored canopy bed just like the one they have as a floor model. I did find some abnormalities with the bed, but I was assured those were abnormalities because it was just a floor model. Received my canopy bed today and found the exact same abnormalities as the floor model had that I was ASSURED would not be PRESENT when I received my BRAND new bed. As soon as the delivery people walked out, I contacted customer service to let them know the defects on the bed and to find out what options I had to replace or return the bed. The customer service representative advised me that the bed was available in another after I explain that my bed came with the same abnormalities that I saw on the floor model. The customer service rep advised they could not guarantee that the same bed model in a different color wouldn’t have the same defects or abnormalities. They explained to me that they could replace the bed and send the exact same color for free or if I chose to get the exact same bed in a different color they would be a $99 fee associated. Let me get this straight, I buy a bed brand new that has defects, and you HAVE to come get it regardless, because YOU sold me a defective BED or waive the $99 fee and give me the same bed in a different color. You have to come get the defective bed anyways right? No!!! Then the customer service person asked me why I didn’t refuse delivery. How do you refuse a bed that you cannot tell it’s defective until it’s put completely together.? The customer service person would not give me their name. I actually was going to go ahead and order the exact same bed in the new color, offered to me and order the nightstands to go with it and spend an additional thousand dollars almost but their customer service representative left a bad taste in my mouth so instead I’m going to return the bed all together and take my money elsewhere where I’m valued as a customer. I really don’t like the way that I was treated and I wasn’t accommodated like I should’ve been and they should’ve done what was fair. I guess shame on me for having faith in this company that I thought I was valued in. I won’t be spending any more money there.

    Craig was a wonderful salesman. He showed us several options not just the the more expensive items. He listened to what we wanted & showed us what WE wanted & didn’t waste our time. He was patient, understanding, extremely professional with no sales pressure. He made sure moving parts were working. He took a lot of time to explain things. He never rushed us

    Our 1st time purchasing from Mor Furniture. Our experience from beginning to delivery was amazing. We were able to keep in touch with customer service via text. They even provided a map for us to see how many stops away and location of the delivery truck. It was the most user-friendly experience we've ever had.

    This was my first time buying a mattress and Esteban did a great job in ensuring I could find an affordable mattress that was also comfortable and I could keep for a lifetime. He was patient while I tested multiple different mattress and diligently explained the pros and cons to me. All in all, what I thought would be stressful was a smooth and easy experience, mainly due to Esteban’s expertise! Best part was I was able to leave with my mattress same day! Highly recommend this location

    We worked with Dion and he was amazing! He spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions but wasn’t over bearing. It was a very nice experience because of him!!! We will definitely be back for all of our needs because of Dion. Thanks so much for everything we appreciate you!

    Andres sosa was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional each time that I’ve come into their store. Andres respected my request to look around and shop alone and he didn’t follow me around the entire time like some salesman do. Andres measured out my sectional that I picked out, which was a cream sectional with the checkered pattern, throw pillows and a cream, white dining table with chairs, and a bench, which is pictured. Checkout process with financing was about 15 minutes and I was out of the door. Andres saved me $399 by signing me up for accidental damage insurance coverage for any stains or spills. My sectional has to be ordered and would not be available for 3 to 6 weeks and then I can go pick it up or have it delivered when MOR received it. They have more of a selection of furniture than the rest of the stores that I visited and they are MOR affordable. Highly recommend.

    Mor has great variety and outstanding service. I worked directly with Paul Brown as the Mor Furniture Sales Associate in Southcenter this fall. Paul was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He helped me get exactly what I needed and made great recommendations! He also worked to keep track of everything while I shopped so that check-out was accurate, quick, and easy. Paul certainly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything set. Thank you, Paul Brown!

    Kathy, a sales person at Mor Furniture was excellent. We came to check if there was furniture that we like there. Kathy was there to assist and show us furniture that we were interested in. She was accommodating with out being pushy. At the end we bought living room furniture and dining table. The whole experience was very smooth and pleasant.
