I lived here in 2016 and then came back in 2020. Avanti is one of the best apartments in and around downtown Seattle. It's convenient, spacious and within affordable range at the same time. The apartments have good sound insulation as well. The elevators are fast, available most of the times and any issues are immediately fixed. The courtyard is a relaxing retreat. Luxer One locker adds to the convenience. The staff is awesome as well. My move-in and move-out experiences were equally good, which is rare in Seattle. Harriet and Cher are doing a great job and have been very accommodating. The maintenance staff is great as well, including Dallas - problems are fixed within a day or two. Highly recommended!

Lived here for over 2 years and overall I will say the apartments are a decent choice. Parking is expensive but normal for Seattle. Units are semi dated. Rent was higher than what I felt was warranted. No amenities and archaic garage/door system (Luxor is present though for packages). However, the pros are the office team is responsive (Jordan seems like a cool guy) and the maintenance guys are on point. Dallas was always friendly and quick to get things done. Poor guys had to deal with mountains of trash, broken furniture and recycling daily since residents are lazy and have no idea what the dump is. The location is also very good, especially for healthcare workers. Would I live here again? Probably, I just feel like it should be cheaper given what I already stated.

I absolutely love the management here at Avanti! This is my second apartment in Seattle, and they've done such a good job at taking care of us. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price. Usually when I file maintenance reports at other places, it takes /forever/ but here at Avanti, they've taken care of all of my problems in a timely manner. The staff here are really friendly, and I stop by the office for treats all the time. Jordan and Amy are such a delight :)

I have lived here for 5 years, Avanti is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Jordan at the front desk always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help or for just a nice chitchat!

My husband and I lived at Avanti for 4 years and we truly loved our time here. The building is quiet, super clean and the team here is top notch. Cher and Harriet run the office and they are very friendly and super responsive. The maintenance team (run by Dallas) addresses any issue within 24-48 hours. The location cannot be beat and the unit layouts are awesome. We only decided to leave because we felt it was time to live out of the city. We’ll truly miss living here.

I was a resident at Terrace View apartments which is a sister property of Avanti and I was 100% pleased with my stay there. The building was well maintained and my apartment had spectacular views of my rainier and the mountains. The sunrise and sunsets were always such a treat. The property was safe and I never had a problem with my packages. Management and maintenance were responsive to our needs and immediately assist my roommate when she got locked out of the apartment. I would have loved to stay longer but my roommates decided to move out of the city so I decided to downsize to a smaller place. Would 100% recommend!

Apartment layouts are unlike anywhere in Cap Hill or First hill. Extremely spacious, reasonable rent. Pet friendly as they have multiple pet dedicated areas within the building. I am in love with my townhome style 1BR. The balcony is huge. Management has been super responsive and parking rates manageable.

I genuinely love living here. I moved in during winter and the pandemic and had a difficult time finding the right place. Harriet was warm, informative, and upfront about the community, neighborhood and property. I have had only good experiences with Cher as well and have found they are quick to answer my questions and offer solutions. Maintenance is also great. Dallas fixes things quickly, orders the parts needed, and communicates well.
