😠 If I could give zero stars I would. I went here tonight and the workers were horrible. The only thing that was open was the little kid area and occasionally the slide. The "lifeguards" would close the slide so they could go talk to their other "lifeguard" friends. On the website it says family swim...

I attended a Red Cross Academy here. The staff was super nice. The pools are great. I wish I had my family here to play on all their amenities.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here tonight and the workers were horrible. The only thing that was open was the little kid area and occasionally the slide. The "lifeguards" would close the slide so they could go talk to their other "lifeguard" friends. On the website it says family swim has everything open, well that was a lie. We would get yelled at for anything our kids did. Overall this place sucks. If you're looking for a family friendly place, I recommend just flooding your backyard.

Its the same as it was 25 years ago when my kids were little! Now i take my grandsons there during the fall and winter months!

Super crowded on a Saturday with very limited seating available. However the kids really enjoyed themselves. The beachfront pool is nice with a lazy river, a small slide and some water spouts to entertain the little ones. I plenty of fun for kiddos who love the pool

We swim here 3 to4 times a week. Life saver during the legendary " Big Dark" There are 4 lanes for lap swimming at the Narita pool which is kept at 84F. Also diving area, lazy river ,kids wading pool .Plus Sauna, Steam Room and Hot Tub 6 more lanes are available at the attached Williams pool where Master Swim classes take place. But too cool for us(76F) Staff is very welcoming and friendly as are fellow swimmers . We purchase a 6 month family pass with Senior discount- about $100 monthly A year long pass would save another $250

Very wet and humid. Great place for kids and families.

Crowded during open swim. Something is usually getting fixed or shut down. Web site doesn't give all the answers clearly. Most of my questions were answered when we got there.

Had so much fun with my grandson. Kudos for the big slide and the lazy river.
