Cashier was rude and wouldn’t let me finish ordering before asking me for my money. We ordered some small cheese bits, cinnamon bits, and two cups of horchata and somehow the order came out to $37.99. I had a question about why the price was so high, and he was ignoring us and eventually he yelled at us and said that each cup of horchata was $14.99 and moved on to the next customer. We never got our receipt and were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a manager

I hope this doesn’t come off rude at all because it truly isn’t intended, there is a worker there currently who actually has an injured bulging out eyeball, and in a way that clearly it was from a recent accident not taken care of possibly? I feel very worried for the gentleman and I hope he’s getting care. But on a sidenote, this has caused people to tease and make the whole situation very awkward…. Ordering food is very difficult now. I don’t know how this can be helped by at this point it’s very awkward. I just really don’t think it’s a professional situation at this point. Please look into it

One of the rudest workers. I left and went to auntie Anne’s. Interesting that he was so curt because I was going to franchise one of these and I know the owner has to work there a lot of the time. If I was the owner and my employee acted this way he wouldn’t be my employee for long.

I came here and ordered 2 pretzel bites and 1 pizza bite. The pizza bites looked like they had been in the warmer forever and I was handed the regular bites without salt. When I asked for salt it was just poured on top. My daughters ordered a blue raspberry smoothie and a horchata smoothie. There was some serious miscommunication and we ended up paying for 2 horchatas and a blue raspberry. I tried to correct it but he did not understand me. I usually love this place, but it was awful this time

My grandson wanted a BIG pretzel. Hot a pizza pretzel. A regular pretzel. The young lady working was so patient and let him order his own. Then she asked HIM how he wanted his pretzel. He felt so special.

I had the pizza bites and they were pretty yummy! This place is in Vancouver mall on 1 St floor.

My pretzel had a tasty garlicky-buttery flavor to it, and the bread itself was cooked pretty well. I appreciated that it wasn't too salty. However, since the flavor I ordered appeared under the "cheese" options, I was expecting some more cheese, and I did not see any in my food. It's good for a snack while walking around, but not the most satisfactory meal out there.

8 dollars for a lemonade and they wouldn't fill it to the top.
