I started a full remodel of my home earlier this year that lasted up to the beginning of fall. I have made multiple trips here and not one time was I ever disappointed in the products or service I received. I purchased tiling materials for all three bathrooms in my home, including a laundry room; and I have been completely satisfied overall. The return for materials I didn't use was hassle-free, and every visit I made I was assisted in transporting tile and ledger stone to my vehicle. For our recent bathroom project we had a particular staff member by the name of Jay who assisted us and was simply great! He matched patterns for us that were fresh and modern. My wife loved went with his recommendations and loved it. He even knew exactly how much tile our bathroom needed including the enclosed niche. I had a lot of referrals for tiling and flooring companies, but in the end, Floor and Decor stood out among them all. I would be visiting them again for my deck and patio projects, and I highly recommend them for anyone that's doing the same!

We went to Great Floors and about to purchase tiles and grouts to remodeling our bathroom but the floor tiles and accent tiles that we picked will not arrive for another 6 weeks. So we decided to brows here (Floor and Decor). They have the tiles in stock and it's cheaper.

A great place for a large selection of tile and flooring options. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. It can be a little overwhelming to look at all the options so definitely allot a bit of time for walking around and looking through their clearance options.

I really like the store, selection and customer service. I was a tile setter for 20 years and I’m happy with my finished shower. You do have to watch the natural stone mosaic tile as it varies drastically in color. I had to do a repair as a few sheets on the floor really stood out. I also used a white marble thinset.

Where to begin! I have to brag on a few employees. I have been so stressed doing a complete gut and remodel of our home. I do not really have an eye for design but I know what mood/inspiration/vibe I’d love to see in our forever home. We made an appointment with Daisy, an interior designer there, and she has been more than helpful. What was once an overwhelming project has become so exciting. Daisy went above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable with a degree in design, but also very patient and personable. I am so grateful to have had her help. Within 2 hours she has helped up pick most everything out and she really listened to what our vision was while giving us her honest input. She is a super star ⭐️ Floor and Decor is lucky to have such a wonderful asset to their team. I also have to mention how impressed we are with the new store manager, Nick. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell he really takes pride in his store and team. We have been coming to this floor and decor for a long time and have really seen the improvements he has implemented! Last but not least, we really enjoy the security guard. He is friendly, attentive to the surroundings and even puts carts away (above and beyond if you ask us) Wonderful store. Will be back for all of our home improvement needs.

Went there not expecting much because it's a big box store. However, AJ has got some great customer service skills and changed my preconceived mind. We ended up picking out exactly what we wanted and to top it off, he showed us that they were on-sale at a deep discount.

Fabulous customer service, plenty of staff. Our party was taken around by a designer with funky earrings who articulated very deftly about how each tile style interacted with different spaces and assertively made recommendations that dripped with expertise. So attentive and guiding throughout the whole process.
