They got my friends mobile order wrong earlier in the day. But went back later that day...great drinks. Great service...clean all over

Perfect service. Delicious food. Clean restaurant.

I have ordered from these guys several times a month. However I will not be ordering from them again. I spent over $65 on food for 2 people and wouldn't add sauces on the side (it was .39 cents for a sauce on the side) and refused to let us add it due to us ordering through postmates. I understand it is policy but this will be the last time I order from them If after almost $400 in food since June they want to refuse to give me a .39 cent side of sauce because I accidentally forgot to order it through the app. Horrible customer service.

Had the strawberry chicken salad. They had fresh strawberries!!!! So good. Love the new $5 drinks too. The staff was very accommodating because I had to move tables, I had more people come than I thought. Thank you.

Took 15 mins to get drinks ( that's after waitress came bck a second time to ask their order again), one of the drinks was awful.. it was not made properly,..we got the appetizer and 2 out of 3 dinners at same time... the 3rd dinner never came after 15 more mins ( and friend and I were waiting to eat our dinner till the 3rd plate came). The manager took off the 2 drinks and removed the 3rd plate from the bill... but I won't go to out of town Applebee's anymore...

DONT GO HERE! Saturday night, my boyfriend, his family and I were all out to eat and halfway our meal we noticed a mouse crawling and jumping around at the booth across from us. We all lost our appetite. On top of that the manager came over to us because he noticed us pointing at something and not eating our food and tried to defend it by saying "it's Tacoma it happens" and "are you scared of it" and when my boyfriend tried to point at where the mouse was the Manger tried to slap his hand away saying "don't point at it". I ended up getting very sick as well after eating here. Just saying who knows what lays in the kitchen if the mice/rats were out in the dining area.

Really shady that my husband's post is not showing up. Long story short the allergen menu and the waitress confirmed there was no diary in an item (after stating my son was ALLERGIC). Ended up almost going to the emergency room because the STEAMED BROCCOLI did in fact have butter. We were treated HORRIBLY by management and I was told it was my fault for serving it to him? What a croc. You need to be careful or you'll have a lawsuit on your hands. What if you did in fact land my son in the emergency room? I'm APPALLED. Do better and FIX YOUR ALLERGEN MENU TO BE ACCURATE.

It's Father's day so there's busy. Just have to have a little patience. Great place to eat. Awesome waiter. She was on top of it.

We went there for Father's day. They were extremely busy and extremely under staffed. The waitress we had really should have her ears checked out because she definitely got my son's order wrong as well as mine and also charged us for something we didn't order. My order never came but she did bring out the food we didn't order and that she added to our ticket. After waiting for almost an hour for our food, which I never received mine, we left. The manager was very understanding and removed both orders off our ticket. If you want to visit this location, please do it when they are not extremely busy.

Had a lot of fun. We came during rush hour and the kids wanted me to get the birthday song but it was no biggie.

Service (especially the bar) has always been great but some of the management could benefit from learning how to not look and act so miserable. Their behavior really cheapens the whole dining experience but I continue to return because of the warm reception and service I get for the servers and bartenders.

The food was hot and flavorful. The meat was tender and juicy; it was not rubbery. The server was tentative and frequently checked up on me. The service was fast, and there were TV's set up for entertainment. Overall, this was a decent experience.

The food and atmosphere are always a plus at this location and today didn't disappoint. We had the 2 for $30 and the portion sizes were huge. We added a couple appetizers. Artichoke dip and chicken tacos. It was my first time trying their wonton tacos and they were delicious!! The fact our appetizers were half price made them just that much better. I had a refreshing glass of tea while my friend enjoyed a chilled bottle of beer. All in all I must say, it was a pretty awesome dinner. A huge thank you to the Chefs and all the Staff.

A very busy Saturday, 4 of us tried to get in for just a few beers. Seemingly plenty of empty tables and grumpy customers waiting. Madison on the front desk kept her calm and handled it extremely well.

Renton. My go2 fave - house salad with grilled chicken breast and ranch. Strawberry mango perfect margarita. Cajun salmon - I put the garlic parmesean sauce that goes on the wings on the mashed potatoes. Certain servers are better than others. Certain bartenders are better than others. Long hours. Reasonable prices.

Pretty standard for a chain American restaurant. The food is okay as per any American restaurant. The service was not great at all but I don’t expect too much from Applebees. I would definitely recommend Applebee's if you're looking for cheap drinks and/or a casual place to hang with friends.

Showed up just as happy hour started. Got seated immediately in the bar. Had a blue Hawaiian long island. My boyfriend and my I shared a bunch of appetizers. Brew pub Pretzel bread sticks with beer cheese, Brew pub waffle fries, chicken wonton tacos, and wings. Everything came out perfect. But at the end when it was time to pay, the machine was not in working order. Our server even tried to swap out the battery for another but it still was giving her problems.

I love going to Applebee's for the delicious food, wholesome environment, and the great prices. Yesterday, we were served by a trainee and her trainer. They were super pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. My friend and I got the appetizer pretzels, and impossible burger, and the bottomless wings. This is a great place for late-night food and big parties. Lots of vegetarian friendly items.

Manajah was our server tonight and she was awesome! She was very patient, attentive, helpful, and so kind! It was a busy Friday night, she had a large party as well as us and we still received great customer service!

I think the waitress was named caitlyn? She has blond hair and is young. By far the best waitress i have ever experienced. Made the visit so much better. We will be coming back solely because of her and the hostess. They both deserve a raise.

erik is the best host ever!!! made sure me and my people were comfortable and he needs to be a server. his manager was playing and didn’t let him serve us even though we asked for him specifically.

Love love love their happy hour!!! After 9pm they have half price appetizers and drink specials. Have had great service every time I have gone there!

Forgot one of our drinks, and gave us a strawberry margarita instead of a Bahama mama. It did not taste like they put alcohol in it. Usually I can tell. The new powdered donuts were good but did not have powder on them. Burgers were good. Fries were stale. Mozzarella sticks were not stretchy with cheese.

I used to love coming here, it was always a great experience. The last couple times, not so much. This evening was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We came out to celebrate and our celebration was ruined by excuses, forced apologies, and long waits for any service. It took more than 20 minutes to receive a drink refill. Food was just ok, some of it was cold, but we didn't see a server or other employees walking around to alert them. Half of our party left while we waited 30 more minutes for a to go order after we had already finished our meals. There were multiple times where one of us could have gotten up and gotten quicker attention than we did waiting for our server. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of our visit and will definitely think twice before returning again.

We ordered the sirloin and shrimp to go. The food was cold that the cheese didn't melt. We were supposed to have medium well steaks and they're still pink on the inside and...cold.

Make sure you check your to-go order if you're a vegetarian. Got a meat burger instead of impossible. And there was a piece of chicken just randomly sitting in the waffle fries.

Had a wonderful experience at Apple Bees tonight. Our server continually checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great experience. I wish I get her name. She deserves recondnition for a job well done. Thank you.

Typical American meals. It's kind of more expensive Denny's. But, it's more presentable, has a bar and tvs. Got here on Friday at 6:30 pm and there were 25 minute waits, though it didn't take that long. Service was OK, but nothing to write home about. I personally think they rely on the computerized pay system instead of providing actual great customer service. To me, their prices are way too high for what you get. We got got our food partially cold, so it wasn't great. Obviously, your mileage will vary. I don't feel they willfully did this, but they need to find a way to improve. Service - 3 Price - 2 Comfort - 4 Food - 3

Had a wonderful lunch with my family the hostess and our server were both very friendly. Our waitress and other staff were saying hello and getting smiles from my baby daughter. The man running the front on our way out gave my 5 yr old son fist pumps and making him laugh. Our food was amazing and came out fast. Our waitress was fantastic super helpful and always checked on us. Have to say had a better experience then the one locally in Vancouver.

Everything was ok. Its been a long time since I've been to Applebee's but it ve notice nothing is open late in Tacoma so I had to go to Applebee's. I didnt get my drink for an extremely long time due to lack of dishes.

Great experience (mostly), restaurant was clean and wait staff was awesome, very attentive. Raquel waited on us and did a great job keeping us informed. She had a party of about 20 people in our area that she was also handling and apologized for delays but I didn't even notice that there was a delay. I would return for that service and the food was tasty and made to good standards. I would however take a star off for the hosts, they took forever figuring out what section to seat us in. I'm still giving 5 stars for Raquel's sake.

The truth is that we received excellent customer service from our waitress Hanna, the service was nothing but outstanding !!, it is those occasions that make you want to return immediately, the food was also good but the best thing is the customer service that Hanna gave us👍🏼👍🏼. The atmosphere is very good, as you probably know this place is excellent to go for drinks and eat with friends of course you can take your children but the atmosphere is very good to go with your partner or friends, you can watch sports and have a very fun and good Time.

Always great food and great service. 👍 Good affordable food. My favorite meal is the Burbon Street steak. Excellent 😃

A lil bit of day drinking with the girls... Our server in the bar, Fred was nice & very attentive to ALL his guest. The SHARK Bowl 🦈🦈🦈 was DELICIOUS!!!! Although they were out of the gummy sharks to top the drink..💔💔 still really good.

Well, I do appreciate the online delivery ordering through their website. Also, I came to appreciate the manager Rebecca who made it a point to treat me how she’d want to be treated if her order was missing key entrees after paying for your family’s meal to be delivered. To say the least, Thank You Rebecca and the chef who made our food. It was all delicious and our nephew who is the ultimate food critic had nothing to say, which is good. Thanks again. We’ll return.

Applebee's is always a solid choice for a decent meal. We like to go in the early part of the day for lunch. Not to crowded, fast service and friendly staff. Our favorite server is Marjorie. Enjoy

The food was good and waitress was fantastic. The only down side was the first two appetizers we asked for they was out of. So big disappointment because of the person doing the ordering for the restaurant. But other wise the place was a good down to earth dinner for a good bite to eat.
