Really a good spot for variety and convenience. Probably about 15 or 20 different businesses in the complex. Stores range from Bank of America to glass repair to gasoline. Also includes a few restaurants. The crown jewel to it all is the Fred Meyer super store. One of the largest and best layouts of any of the Fred Meyer in the area. Great produce department and merchandise as well. Visit this place.

Expert help in a smaller, friendly environment. Excellent repair shop. Prices on par with larger chain stores.

Unfortunately, I'm giving 2 stars. Because what good are the stores in a shopping center if the patrons and their cars are not safe🤔? I have observed multiple cars with windows busted, including shattered glass in empty parking spots to confirm. I even had a uniformed security guard ask me why I'm taking pictures of shattered glass in the parking lot in front of Petco😶 in broad daylight. I explained it is a concern that I want to share online so others can be aware. I even told him to be safe because just one unarmed security guard roaming this massive shopping center is not going to stop anything criminal. Day or night. Please be careful in this shopping center and take precautions in securing your car. Busted car windows are an upward trend here. More so in front of LA Fitness.

Went to the dollar store there and it was one of the most well stocked and absolutely the cleanest dollar store in town

This area is great!! It has every store you could think of all in one convenient place. Makes traffic a little messy but I can run 5 errands within a 6 block radius.

It has a lot of places that I visit all at once, so it's pretty convenient. Parking, however, can get to be a bit of a mess. They just didn't set it up very well and they don't usually have enough during busy times. Otherwise it's a normal strip mall with a WinCo, protein shake place, BECU, Carl's Jr, Panda Express and a few others.

Dollar tree! Great go to place for those little items and balloons! This store is clean and organized. ALWAYS NEEDS MORE CASHIERS. But like I said always clean which I appreciate.

Everybody month I stock up on a few different kinds of meats primarily I get a pack of chicken. Which happens to be a great selection of nice sized breasts you can easily span out for a handful of different meals. They don't necessarily got the biggest choice range of stuff in spite the fact I take advantage of the opportunity to bargain shop cause these heavy hitting bills persuade me to strategize.

Lots of businesses in this shopping center.make sure to lock your car and don't leave packages in viewable areas of your car. I saw several people walking around looking in cars. Other than that note the businesses here have nice staff people who say hello and smile.

This is the perfect place to find really great deals. I find the best deals on their fruit, cereal and uncommon items. The down sides include a very small meat section and the absence of some key items that I normally purchase. Still, this is always my first stop for shopping.

The workers like Jordan, Meagan, Christine know my dogs really well, everytime I bring my fur babies in there they get so much attention and loving the atmosphere when I walk in is such a great feeling

Parking lot was being worked on, but it was well organized and were plenty of parking still. Went to the $ Tree. It was very clean and well-organized. The cashier was nice. There weren't really long lines! - it was calm! I think this my best experience at a $ Tree store!

I went to winco which was fabulous and to the Dollar tree. The location is in my neighborhood so it's easier to access. There's lots of parking available.

Great little strip Mall. Fasymt food joints, a Dollar Store and a brand new Winco. Be aware, Xfinity store is mo longer here, it's moved to the Tacoma Mall.

I visited the new winco located in the old Safeway building in this shopping center. Service was disappointing otherwise the experience was normal winco-like experience

Winco, petco, becu, nail salon, emerald smoothie. A lot of businesses that we go to all in one section. Very convenient for us.

Lots of parking spaces. There isn't a light for people wanting to turn left onto 6th Ave, and it mostly works. Even on the weekends, it doesn't usually take too long.

Its nice to have a local winco. Prices are very noticeably lower. Isles were pretty narrow but the store was not busy. A busy weekend could make shopping difficult.

I liked the parking situation, and the shops are nice and organized. However I was set upon by some pan handler. He was a bit aggressive. It was a bit of an off putting experience. The rest of the place was pretty great though.

This is usually where I get my dog food. Sometimes staff is nice, sometimes they just do their job. No expectations either way.

This is a good little shopping center that I don't get to go to very often but I love my dollar store they just reopened this one mostly got a lot to pick from restaurants gas stations Banks coffee houses you name it it's a great little area.
