This is one of the biggest Asian grocery stores in and around Seattle. I have tried goat from several stores but JD market has the best, tender and fresh Goat meat. They also have fresh fruits and vegetables. Staff is very kind and helpful !!!

I needed some spices for an Indian dish I was making, so I visited this market to find the items I could not find at my usual grocery store. I was able to find the spices I needed, but the market is a bit rundown and overpriced. When checked out one of the spices was incorrectly marked, it was nearly $10 more than the price listed on the shelf. This market may have what you need as far as specialty items, but it’s definitely not my first choice for buying groceries or cooking items.

Nice grocery store with a good selection of items. This is definitely the place to get affordable spices. Not everything had a price label, so I was a little surprised when I got to check-out, but otherwise a quality experience.

Huge variety of spices, meat, chicken and other grocery items. This store feels like a traditional store with outside looks like classic oldie. Fruit 🍉, veggies 🥕 , fresh meat, chicken, beef and some deli items. I mostly visit there for variety of bread 🥖, specially Afghan bread and flat white bread which makes me feel home. I noticed some of the unique items on their shelves, like cold pressed Extra virgin Olive oil, it was kind of raw but seemed so genuine. Cons: a little bit of extra cleaning can do wonders.

I went here to look for spices to restock in my kitchen. They had variety of spices and I loved it. The only con is product price tag is not available on all of the item on the shelf. You only find it at the cashier, but it was good prices which I’m happy with.

This is the new location for JDs market. Also the last store was my go to store for groceries. But unfortunately the cost of products have increased a lot after the shift. I have been to the new location twice now and do not plan to go there anymore. Will just have to do with other international stores around.

New location is great. Clean and prices are marked for most items. All kinds of meats. Chicken, lamb, goat, and beef. Prices are good. Wishing the owners best with new location. And I hope they keep up the good work.

There's a decent produce selection here. They are almost always out of chicken (all types). I wish the store was a bit clean and organized and consistently carried the same brand atta, rice, etc.

At times I have given 5star , and thought it’s one shop stop but today onwards I will not make any purchase from this place because I took a sweet curd with several other products 2 days ago and by the time I reached home n tasted it was stale and was smelling bad, when I requested to return the product the punjabi lady argued stating she will not take the return because she never got any complaint against the particular product, I had the receipt and by law she should have replaced it , now since she messed with the wrong person please be prepared for a food audit soon. We spend 1000’s of dollars at your place and this is how you treat your customers? Their meat is not fresh on shelf , more bones and stale meat. Rude behavior and disaster service, Byblos Mediterranean provides fresh meat and will give you what you want.

The market does have a decent variety of Indian fruits, vegetables and a sub par collection of spices. However, there is a full blown meat shop inside which could be a deal breaker for some. A market selling regular food items next to a butcher shop might be disgusting for some Indians. Also, my major issue with the store was that they had the temperature set to some 30 degrees, almost froze to death while waiting to checkout.

JD’s market! Exceptional Freshness and Quality! This authentic grocery store is a hidden gem for fresh and quality vegetables and meat! The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff that's always ready to assist with a smile. The selection of fresh vegetables and meat is outstanding. From locally sourced produce to premium cuts of meat, this store truly delivers on freshness and quality. The vegetables are vibrant and crisp, while the meat is always top-notch. Not only are the products exceptional, but the prices are also fair and competitive. You'll find excellent value for money, making it a go-to destination for your grocery needs. The commitment to sustainability is commendable too. The store promotes eco-friendly practices, using biodegradable packaging and offering reusable bags. In conclusion, this authentic grocery store is a must-visit for anyone seeking fresh and quality vegetables and meat. With its friendly staff, outstanding selection, fair prices, and dedication to sustainability, it's a grocery shopping experience you don't want to miss!

I used to love this market, but since they moved the prices have gone up and their inventory seems like about half of the former selection (the new store is smaller). Most of the things I used to buy here are no longer available. Sad, as the new location is much more accessible! Still a good resource, but for my needs I'll have to go elsewhere now.

If you are buying stuff from here, make sure to check the bill twice before you leave the store. They added items that costed a bomb which we never bought and left out a few items. That was still not the problem. When we went back to correct the issue, the lady was least apologetic and had death glares set on us. If they had done the billing right in the first place, we would never need correction. Lost all my respect to the only easily accessible Asian store in Lynnwood. Adding edits: I just noticed other reviews calling out overcharging, this is definitely bigger a problem with the store.

Goat meat was good. The store had a variety of Indian groceries but the price aren’t shown for many of them. The fruits and vegetables were also fresh.

They have changed a lot (for the better). The moved to the new location and now have all the fresh produce, frozen Indian and Mediterranean foods. The also have freshly cut meat (mutton and lamb)

Good selection of vegetables, fruits and middle eastern products. Their meat selections are good and fresh. Could improve on cleanliness and fix their floors. Not a big fan of the packed items they sell like Indian snacks.

I like this place for Indian spices, lentils, select veggies, stuff hard to find at a regular grocery store. One thing that's a little weird, often times prices aren't displayed in the aisles, so it's a bit of a mystery what your bill will total out. Mostly eat vegetarian so can't speak to the meat quality here. Sometimes there's crazy cheap fruit outside, but it's crazy cheap for a reason - the blueberries I got were at the very end of their shelf life.

A great spot for food items you need in preparing food from different cultures. A good variety of produce. They even have a few good items that work with West African cuisine (fufu mix, palm oil, milo, etc.). I stop by here when I need to purchase fresh goat meat. My daughter loves the Mexican candy. 😊

After Covid's parts-quarant separation, years of lifestyle adjustment, and more reason than ever to return to Desi and Vedic cookery; JD's SO THANKFULLY came in there for Team 'The People'. An even more so expanded selection of fresh produce, quality new brands alongside old favorites on the shelves, and sticks of bhakoor incense I'm so glad to discover... This store STILL has it all, plus a supply that will keep me happy, healthy, and a head full of Vrndavan's very airs. Laxmi herself would surely be pleased... Namo namah.

We had to leave quickly. Doors open and was freezing inside. Way too cold. Going to give it a miss next time. Liked to old store better.

Their new location is clean and spacious! They always have fresh produce! Highly recommended

Though they have good stuff but I feel they are charging more than what others are charging. For example 1. Mustard oil here is $36.99 where as the same one at Imran market is $33.99. 2. RMD box is around $55 but at Imran it is $43. Not sure how it can be so different between the two store.

This shop has a lot of stuff but overall it looks a bit cluttered and messy. The fresh produce was also not that fresh. Prices were good compared to the other shops in the area though.

I bought this bread from this store just after 2 days all my breads spoiled or even maybe some of it was spoiled in the store and i didn’t see it, maybe. Shame on you to sell these Products to your customers. 😡😡

Today, no lamb, and meat selections were stew size. Halal only meat. Out of canned kidney beans and some breads too. Lots of fruit, but vegetable produce was not presentable. Very busy place. Returning customer.
