I’ve seen Paula Constance a few times now and every time I see her I leave even more frustrated and dissatisfied with traditional medicine which I didn’t know was possible. She doesn’t seem to actually know anything but just pushes you around onto other providers. Granted ALL providers do this. Providers don’t get paid to actually help you, they get paid just to get you through the door. Everything after that is just fluff. Paula is not articulate and if she senses you’re frustrated she cuts you off because she’s uncomfortable. If she can’t handle someone being frustrated she should get out of a profession that works with humans. Then she says, “well I have another patient,” so she could get off the virtual appointment. We were talking for 10min! That’s criminal to bill my insurance for something like that. Broken system, broken doctors.

I am getting pretty fed up with the calls from the office. They are calling me asking me to schedule appointments that have already been made. They seem very unorganized. I did like the two doctors I met. But, for a chronic issue, I would hope to only see one person or for everyone to be on the same page. The second doctor informed me that the previous doctor had already spoken to me about a plan. However, all the info was new to me. I do not see this as a very productive or organized place. It is unfortunate because I did like the employees kindness, but they are so unorganized and not very proactive in helping me with a major health problem. It was this location and two urgent cares of Multicare. I would not suggest this to anyone unless you have a minor check up or issue. I will be looking for another medical group to help me in the future.

Been going here a few years.my original doctor retired and I found a new one I really liked. But they fired my doctor during the covid vaccine mandate. Made an appointment with new doctor and had to wait 3weeks to be seen, just to get here and find out they randomly closed for the day and never called. Had to reschedule another 2 weeks out. But I am looking for a new doctor/office right now as I have had 3 previous bad experiences with this office. Put off looking for a new office since I hate going in general. But this was my last straw.

Been coming here for a few years now. I had my first baby here but only because of Dr. Garren. She was the sweetest provider I ever had but unfortunately she left because she was only a resident and graduated elsewhere. I’m on my second pregnancy now and will be switching somewhere else. They get you in and out quick but a lot of the providers act like they don’t care. There have been numerous times where i had to go to urgent care for issue(s) they didn’t address or look into for whatever reason. Paula Constance is very un-empathetic and i’ve filed a formal complaint not once but twice with her! Got nothing back, no call back from the director or anything. Even had a family friend of mine file a complaint as well, I’m surprised Paula still there. The parking is horrible, and on top of that you don’t ever actually get to see the doctor you’re assigned to. Just whoever is available at the time. I recently had an appointment here and the nurse asked who my PCP was. I flat out told her i have no clue, which is sad! I’ve seen about 6 different doctors this pregnancy. Don’t waste your time here.

There are kind and knowledgeable people here, but you won't get to see them more than once.Let's lead off with the fact that very few good reviews have been left for this place for a couple years now. Our care is not your priority and it shows. I am so sad so many people have left here feeling like I do. I wish I had the money to sue this place for mental damages. Here's my story... had wonderful care here for years! My provider left the practice and I was given another primary. For years I requested another provider because mine was not refilling meds on time or checking messages and in my appointments made me feel like I was just another annoying 10 minutes to get through during their day. Here's what finally happened that is the last straw for me... Because it was so hard to see any doctor in a timely manner at this place and I was being passed around so many times no one seemed to know my story anymore and I was having to explain my concerns every single time... I decided to start seeing a naturopath to have an actual personal and important doctor patient relationship again that I was not receiving at TFM. One of my medications was still being refilled by my doctor at TFM because naturopath was not able to prescribe or refill ADHD meds. One day the refill stopped and I messaged and received a call from someone at the office. Important background info: I have been a clean and sober individual for 9 years now. Never had any issues with drugs. Dont even smoke weed. I dont drink because when I did my health was horrible. I am rather proud of this improvement in my life, but I think people at this practice in Tacoma are used to a high population of drug users these days and are probably fed up. When the last woman who called to inform me I needed to have a new drug test I was confused because I had not been on the med. It wasn't refilled. So it would not show up! When I was put on adhd medication, they required drug testing TO MAKE SURE THE MED SHOWED UP IN YOUR SYSTEM AND YOU WERE NOT OBTAINING IT TO SELL OR SOMETHING. When they called me at the office to set something up when I asked about changing doctors the tone changed in her voice and all of a sudden she started responding to me like I was just another addict in Tacoma that didn't want a drug test. Test me anytime! But I told her I had to think about it because if they would not let me change providers I will just be back where I am month after month, suddenly stopping my medication. They should listen to the recorded phone call and hear this woman talk over top of me at the end and straight hang up on me! The way this made me feel for days was horrible. I just didn't understand. And I am sure it was transcribed that I refused a drug test... that's because without taking the med, it won't show up! I encourage people to seek care anywhere but here. "Since covid this is the state of things" repeated to me so many times to me from this practice. I decided to just stop the med to avoid going here again. And if this is "the state of things in Tacoma" since covid... I will drive hours then to find a doctor who actually cares about practicing medicine and their patients wellbeing.

I would do 0 stars. I'm not a patient but my boyfriend is. There are soooo many things WRONG with this place. I'll make a list... 1. When we call, we get straight attitude the entire call the moment we say my boyfriend's name, professional right? 2. They will leave you in the waiting room, then when you go ask about the appointment they give you attitude, again professional right? 3. Mychart messages get read and no reply for weeks. 4. Mychart messages get switched around, and questions NOT answered. 5. They let the doctor handle his complaints. 6. They make appointments without contacting the patient. 7. The doctors will talk over you, when they FEEL they got the answer they want. (In office AND on a call) 8. They just want your money, because they really do NOT help the patients. 9. They will REFUSE tests that it states you need to have. 10. They believe that your pain is in your head and won't help the pain. 11. They lie. 12. They will say they have specialists on the case but NONE of them will call or make an appointment. (Again this resident lies) 13. They will NOT let you change doctors. Want me to keep going? It got to the point that my boyfriend has contemplated suicide because of this office. We got referred to them by my Mom, because she had a great experience 10+ years ago. We are humans not test subjects. Google says temporary closed and honestly, it should be, with the not so caring doctors.

Definitely not using this practice any more after almost 12 years in April. I called today with a very simple, yet serious question. I was greeted by Susana, who seemed very pleasant initially. As soon as I began my inquiry, her tone shifted and it was obvious that she was making many nasty assumptions about my character and intentions, she refused to provide any assistance and began treating me incredibly condescendingly. I asked if I could speak to her supervisor and she said, "Since you're not a client, a supervisor is not available to you." I still have not had my question answered. Again, my son has been seen here for many years. Not any more.

Ive been going to this clinic for 20+ years and have ALWAYS received top notch medical care. The majority of the employees I've dealt/deal with have been courteous, respectful, and professional. Referrals and prescriptions can be a headache at other clinics but not this one; they keep right on top of it.

I went here a couple times last year for anxiety and insomnia issues. I saw Dr. Robertson, who decided to double my antidepressant dose while putting me on Buspar "as needed" for anxiety. This was a disaster! She upped the dose too quickly and Buspar does NOT work as she said so I ended up having way worse anxiety and panic attacks. I called and called to ask her about it, wrote a message on MyChart, NO response. I finally got a virtual appointment (by which time I had had a complete meltdown). She understood my problem but was very judgmental about the supplements and natural solutions I had tried with my naturopath - who was way more helpful. I ended up switching doctors after this experience. On the bright side, the rest of the staff are kind and caring. Kudos to them.

I started here on a referral to join a suboxen program. The consulting physician Dr. Gross was incredible. Very intelligent, down to earth, matched my personality very well (aside from her prominently displayed lifestyle choices) The resident Dr though (Dr hildebrant) was super awkward, did not listen and the entire time I talked to her I felt judged, belittled, and like I was a burden to her time and resource. When a fallow up appointment (via phone) was done she did not listen to my medical needs amd made am assumption then promised she would send scripts to my pharmacy and never completed the final step. Leaving me without medicine for 24hrs. I understand this is a training facility but just to get to the point of residency you must get through quiet a bit of education. I wish she had actually ed paid attention in class and learned how to properly diagnose and treat conditions. The most aggregious fault though was my strong narrative of refusing any type of anti-psychotics ssri based medicine or mood "stability" medicine. And they tried pushing 3 different kinds on me literally 3 minutes after I had ylexplained why I would not take them. I personally will never be back with this clinic and suggest you attempt to find a more professional atmosphere for your recovery journey.

Love my doctor. The MyChart messenger is apparently useless though. I sent a message nearly 3 days ago and it's been looked at multiple time without response. Ended up having to make an appointment somewhere else due to the urgency of the matter. Very disappointing to offer a feature if they aren't going to use it. I'd rather they just turn it off.

I just called once again, and the person who answered said they were not accepting new patients. And clearly there are a bunch of providers that say they're accepting new patients. And when I said that she was like sorry for that incorrect information, like who updates this stuff. I'm needing to establish care with a new provider since my office moved out of town. And I asked where I could go and she said uhh.And said were not the only facility in town. Thanks for no help. Everytime i've called up there your receptionists are very rude. Please get more understanding people. And update your website.

We love our Dr. However, the staff when you call for appts are completely rude and simply do not care that one they've cancelled your appt when told not to or cancel without evening calling you notify you. That they cannot give proper clarification on where your appts are going to be. I've been yelled at, hung up on, transferred to customer advocate lines who do not answer and mailboxes are completely full. I've been told my family can't be seen and more. Ive left a voicemail for Christina Bradley to call me back with no return of call since Tuesday 2/21! The office called my husband three hours before his appt on Tuesday and cancelled/ told him it was changing to an over the phone consultation for the second week in a row even though, he needs in person and it specifically states this for his reason of visit. This is unacceptable and the fact that no one can return calls to address these concerns is absurd.
