I
have
had
some
very
good
experiences
with
the
people
working
at
this
facility.
I
know
Kaiser
crams
their
day,
but
there
has
been
multiple
times
where
people
have
taken
time
to
help
me.
The
latest
example
is
Dr.
Alston
in
pediatrics
there.
My
family
had
a
medical
crisis
and
Dr.
Alston
replied
quickly
and
compassionately
to
emails
I
sent,
was
very
kind
and
supportive
to
my
family,
and
took
the
time
to
make
sure
that
we
got
everything
we
needed
to
help
my
daughter.
In
today's
healthcare
system,
you
tend
to
feel
like
you
are
looked
at
like
an
ID
number,
not
a
person;
Dr.
Alston
showed
that
is
not
the
case
(at
least
for
him).
I
also
have
had
numerous
interactions
with
people
who
showed
moments
of
pure
kindness...
a
nurse
who
gave
me
a
hug
and
said
don't
be
scared,
a
woman
who
helped
me
figure
out
what
to
do
when
I
broke
my
leg
and
was
trying
to
figure
out
surgery
details,
among
others.
I
know
Kaiser
sometimes
gets
a
bad
wrap
for
being
this
huge
medical
monster,
but
(at
least
at
this
facility)
I
have
had
a
great
experience.
