Not too long ago, I brought in a large frame that got shattered during our move. MQF quickly took it in, and made it look even better than it was before when the glass was intact!! The wait can be a bit long, but I promise it's well worth it. You get exactly what you pay for, and it truly is Museum Quality Framing! ;) Thank you all so much for making my piece so much better!

We had a great experience with these guys. I’ve always used a different framer who is often weeks out on time to completion. After I asked the Laurelhurst people for advice on hanging and was given the right hanging stuff for free, I went back with a couple of projects. They were efficient, on time and pleasant to deal with.

The employee Emma helped me at the Laurelhurst location and was amazing. They were very patient and lent our their artistic creativity that helped me honor the art I was framing and got what I was imagining in my head into a frame! I love how the three frames compliment the art. I do wish I got the non-reflective glass on one of my pieces though. As Emma had warned me, seeing reflection on it is very noticeable. Warning, it is expensive, but they do a terrific job!

We took two items for framing, and Emma (SO sorry if I have the wrong name!) was beyond helpful. The guided us through selecting frames and mats with knowledge and creativity. Our final products are gorgeous, and we already have a couple more items to take in for framing.

Staff were super helpful and nice, and very quick turnaround on framing! They even were kind enough to add a wire to a frame I had already. I will definitely be coming the next time I need something framed!

We had the BEST experience framing our Japanese woodblock print. The lovely person who helped us (not the manager) took about an hour with us, going through different mats and different colors, until we decided upon the best option. Just got it back, and I must say it is beautiful. I am so glad we took the time, had such a lovely discussion about the print, the provenance and she really insisted that the Japanese inscription on the side be allowed to show. Looks amazing on our wall. Will be back to have more prints reframed and redone.
