Steve Perry is the best of the best at Ben Bridge! My partner and I are living in Mexico while planning a wedding in Seattle, WA. We have been working with short timelines and quick visits to Washington/Oregon to prepare. We started our engagement ring search virtually and narrowed down our favorite options, which were available at Ben Bridge Tacoma and Tiffany's Seattle. Ben Bridge quickly became our preferred option due to Steve's swift email responses and the availability of unique beautiful ruby rings (part of the 2021 Kaleidoscope Collection) - which we could not find anywhere else. Our experience was made even better once we met Steve in person at Ben Bridge Tacoma. He had diligently prepared the selection of rings that I requested via email (all rings were at different locations initially) and he was organized, sociable, and professional. We are not familiar with rings or sizing at all, and found Steve's approach very welcoming, educational, and delivered with great ease - absolutely no pressure involved. This was a contrast to our experience at other jewelry stores and with other agents. Once we found our perfect rings at Ben Bridge, Steve continued to be a fabulous help by engraving and resizing the rings in a timely manner. He worked around our schedules and delivered exactly what we needed from each interaction and visit. Finally, Steve is just a great guy, very friendly, an excellent conversationalist with all, and not to mention dresses in cool suits and ties! I bought in an older Rolex Day-Date with some scuffs on the band. The jeweler was very rude to me from the very beginning saying my watch was a “fake” and “the gold band has fading” but he wouldn’t even glance at it past that! I was embarrassed because he was so rude, and vocalized as much in front of the whole store! I came upon this watch in a storage unit. Most every video, picture 100% matches my watch! I wanted to have him open it up. Instead he looked down his nose at me saying “ we don’t touch counterfeits” like I made the thing myself! I know there aren’t a lot of choices as far as knowledgeable jewelers trying anywhere else would be my advice!

We have been going to Ben Bridge for almost 50 years. Each and every time we have visited for a purchase, repair, or cleaning they have been exceptionally helpful and personable. We will continue to go to Ben Bridge for our jewelry needs. Penny was very helpful and pleasant.

I was kindly greeted. I needed my ring to be slightly larger ti fit over my knuckle. After careful examination of my ring, the young man gently stretched my ring just enough while I waited. It fits perfectly. No charge. I definitely look forward to more dealings with Ben Bridge. Beautiful jewelry!!

Steve needs a raise. That guy is just amazing. It would be nice if the Tacoma store would have Omega, Longines, Grand Seiko, Zenith, Oris, Vacheron Constantin, IWC, Cartier, or JLC. I know it's a lot to ask, but I'm just throwing the ideas out there :) Overall, this place really feels very welcoming. I do most of my business with Steve, but I can 100% say that the whole staff here is awesome

I've been a Tacoma Ben Bridge customer for over 35 years. They have ALWAYS had the best quality, selection and service in this area. The customer service at this location far exceeds other locations. I do miss them being in the mall though. However, the stand alone location is very nice and you are greeted by a friendly security guard who always the doors for you.
