My wedding ring that I had been wearing for 23 years needed to go in for repairs. My husband has always taken care of this for me, but when he went to the mall, he discovered that Weisfields had permanently closed. When he came home with the news, I cried. Not only for my rings but for every piece of jewelry he had bought me from there with now a non-exisistant lifetime warranty. He shortly left the house again, refusing to say where he was going. It wasn't long before my phone rang, and it was my husband on the line with Trisha from Fircrest Jewelers who had looked at my wedding ring set , my right hand ring, and a small channel set diamond & ruby ring. She outlined what needed to be done to each of them, and in one week, I received a text from Rosiland that my rings were ready for pickup. I could not be happier with the work they did on all of my rings. They completely refurbished my wedding set, which is good now for another 20 years ! The customer service I received was outstanding. Especially so when I went to pick up my rings, and I gave Rosiland my debit card, which was promptly declined (because of our local credit union being offline!) that she graciously accepted a personal check. We even discussed a possible upcoming project involving a diamond my sister had left me. For never using them before,Fircrest jewelers felt like going home. I received my grandma's original wedding ring after she passed. It was missing a center diamond chip and needed to be restored. I'm so glad we chose this place! The person who helped us was super sweet and patient showing us many different options even though we ended up being there a bit after closing trying to decide what we wanted to do. We chose to replace the center with a diamond instead of fitting a small chip into the setting like before, but also wanted to keep the look as similar to the original as possible. They did such great work on it! It was done for a reasonable price and even ready sooner than expected. It's absolutely beautiful! We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and are extremely grateful for the level of care we received for a piece of jewelry that has more sentimental value to us than monetary worth. It was wonderful to be able to trust them with something so important to us and have confidence that they would do a good job, then have it turn out even better than we hoped. We will definitely be going back to them for any jewelry repair or purchases in the future and highly recommend them for everyone!

Had some jewelry pieces that needed to be repaired. The first place (I won't name) didn't do a good job, and the stone needed to be remounted onto the Earring. Saw the positive reviews for Fircrest Jewelers, so decided to try them instead. I'm so glad that I found them! Their prices are very reasonable. They reset the stones (for my mother's ring and my child's earring) beautifully. They also took the time to clean all the pieces so they sparkle!! I was able to buy larger stud earrings backings since the original ones that came with the earrings were teeny tiny. Will definitely be returning to Fircrest Jewelers for all my jewelry repairs. Highly recommend this friendly neighborhood Jewelers!

I love this store. It's not like every other jewelry store I've been in. The designs are different. I haven't bought anything yet but I saw several rings that I fell in love with. I can see myself buying there in the very near future. I was speechless after I walked out of there. They have tourmaline!!

Lots of lovely pieces to choose from in the store, and the staff was amazing. Absolutely recommend - I will be back!

I've now had 3 pieces of jewelery repaired here and every time they do an amazing job. I had a necklace fixed last year and they did such great work with what I was concerned with so I decided to bring a bracelet in to be resized a few months after. It was a bit too big and they took a few links off. The repair is seamless and not noticeable at all. My third piece is a ring I've had for 13 years. It's a gold band with 2 hearts that has been pretty banged up over the years. I expected with the break being on the side and really nowhere to blend it in that there would be some sort of visible line but you can't tell at all(I was fully thinking it would be put back together and I'd be able to tell even a little but maybe not everyone else). I was pleasantly surprised. It was also slightly misshapen and they completely corrected that. As far as pricing, I haven't been anywhere else so I can't speak on that but ill say they definitely seem like the prices are fair for the quality you receive. I can not recommend them enough!

I had them replace 2 batteries in 2 separate watches. They were Great. They warranty the batteries. I looked at some jewelry (Rings) they made. Looked Excellent. They were friendly. I would recommend.

I had a gold ring made to match my wife's wedding ring.. Her wedding ring has an interesting shape and I didn't know if anybody could make something what good. The owner of the jewelry store was awesome and made the perfect edition for her wedding ring. I wouldn't shop anywhere else The ownership is awesome.

Oh my, wow,,,,, my experience with Fircrest Jewelers was absolutely amazing. Their staffs are so friendly and professional. I have high expectations,,,, yup, when you have a 17 carat yellow diamond, you should. My yellow diamond was loose making a noise when I shake. So needed a repair and resize, too. I brought my ring to Jared first since they are the big company so I felt safe to leave my ring there for several hours. Then they didn't want to do it. I brought my ring to Fircrest Jewelers today and Joe did fix and resize my ring perfectly. And their price was less than half of Jared. Joe s job is beyond my expectations. Than you!!!

I've never bought Jewelry there but I have taken an heirloom that was passed down to me to be cleaned & polished. I was pleasantly surprised when there was no charge! I think this is a custom jewelry shop. There was a visible back area that had four or five employees sitting at individual workstations making things, fixing jewelry ext... the items for sale look limited but like I said if your looking for work to be done with your Jewelry or having a custom piece made for your lover, spouse, graduation ext... Id patronize Fircrest Jewelers. Its been in the same location for years, It's easy to find, parking is right by the entrance and It's not crowded.

These folks are awesome! I had to have my wedding set cut off my finger during the beginning of quarantine. I'd been wearing my set every single day for 19 years and it showed, lol. Now they were cut in two!!!! When businesses began to reopen, my finger was healed and I was ready to get them fixed and get my "bling" back :-) I had a couple of jewelers turn me away because of the way my diamonds were set and they were afraid of damaging them or losing (and having to replace) a stone. These lovely folks didn't hesitate and took my rings right in. They were ready a day early and not only do they fit perfectly, but they look as gorgeous as the day I got them. Been saving several repairs, inherited pieces and miscellaneous stuff that needed attention and finally made it. They did a wonderful job on everything, all look like new again and feel secure in wearing them again.

Exceptional customer service, everyone was so friendly and caring. I had my engagement ring resized here after another jeweler could not complete the work. My ring has a custom engraving on the shank which made the job more difficult, but it was important to me that it remained undisturbed. The work was done to perfection and in a timely manner.
