Got
my
second
hole
piercings
here
almost
a
week
ago.
I
asked
them
a
few
times
whether
or
not
their
jewelry
is
plated
or
actual
14k
gold
(I
can't
wear
plated,
only
the
real
stuff).
They
swore
it
was
14k
solid,
and
I
wish
I
trusted
my
instincts
when
i
kept
thinking
it
was
plated.
Anyways,
the
girl
who
did
my
ears
was
nice..
BUT
she
clearly
was
either
new
or
didn't
know
what
she
was
doing.
The
first
ear
(left)
was
okay
kind
of,
but
the
back
was
way
to
tight
and
close
to
my
ear.
The
right
one...
was
even
tighter
than
the
left
one.
When
I
mentioned
it
to
her,
she
kept
brushing
me
off.
My
ears
were
sore
and
swollen
by
nightfall.
Thinking
it
was
just
me
and
crazy
self
I
kept
pushing
myself
through.
Almost
a
week
later
both
earrings
were
infected.
We
couldn't
take
the
earrings
off,
and
when
I
called
the
store
they
were
zero
help.
When
I
spoke
to
the
manager
and
kept
explaining
why
and
how
it
happened,
she
just
kept
brushing
me
off
and
saying
my
doctor
needs
to
take
care
of
it.
That's
fine,
he
will.
Yet,
what
leaves
a
bad
experience
even
worse
-
is
when
the
so
called
"'manager"
is
brushing
you
off,
not
bothering
to
find
out
the
piercers
name
to
see
if
maybe
they
need
better
training
or
what
not.
I
got
the
earrings
out,
and
took
them
to
an
actual
jeweler.
They
said
the
earrings
were
plated
gold
NOT
actual
gold.
When
I
said
we
got
them
at
Pagoda,
he
just
shook
his
head
and
word
for
word
said
"we
see
this
almost
on
the
daily,
people
think
for
the
cheap
price
they
see
they
will
get
quality
jewelry/gold,
impossible".
Save
yourself
the
time
and
money,
and
go
to
a
reputable
piercing
shop
or
jewelry
store
that
sells
quality
pieces.
I
will
be
calling
corporate
about
the
manager
issue.
The
customer
service
is
absolutely
disgusting.
