Not sure what's going on. My husband Just took my daughter to urgent care. We got her ears pierced back in January and they've been bothering her ever since. Two different ladies did them, each side, and one pushed too hard so for weeks it was way too tight but too sensitive to loosen. Finally got it off and cleaning it to help. But nothing but issues. I get it's a piercing place in the mall, but this stuff is permanent and can cause some serious issues. Take your jobs seriously or get another job. Her piercing is also crooked on this side and doesn't go front to back on her ear. I got my cartilage done and same problem with it lining up. Makes for fun taking it in and out.

MEDUSA is GREAT! She also knows her stuff! She isn’t just piercing people incorrectly! Like Self Expressions! She answered all my million questions and gave me honest opinions on what would work for me with my ear type when deciding which piercing to get. She was very Covid aware/cautious and I could feel her laugh and smile through her mask! I will definitely be back! With great customer service like this it was time and money well spent!

Janella and Orlando were amazing. They made the process quick and painless and I'm a big baby. They also provided me with very informative after care information and let me know I could call if any problems. Will get the rest of my piercings with them. The store manager waited on me with a smile despite being short handed. The staff member was over 3 hours late, there were impatient people waiting at the counter as well. What a great example of customer service, product knowledge, upwelling and maximizing the advertised buy 2 get one free deal. It was fantastic! I’ll be back for bracelets

The staff was so helpful and well knowledgeable on piercing little kids ears. They did great with my little one. She didn’t even flinch!

I took my 11mo old daughter to get her ears pierced. The lady who was tending to us gave great information and seemed very confident. She marked my daughter's ears and kept marking the dots uneven. When we finally had an agreement she told me and my husband she'll pierce my daughters right ear because it has 2 dots but she knows which one is the correct one to pierce. She gathered another employee (Nancy) to get my daughters left ear. She tells Nancy to let her know when she's ready. Nancy did and 1, 2, 3 pierce. Nancy pierced my daughters lobe perfectly, and even a little higher than the dot. Very center with her lobe while the other piercer, the one who was so confident, pierced my daughter right at the bottom tip of her lobe. Unfortunately, my baby had to rock the one pierced ear look for about a week until I had time to take her in and get the right ear lobe pierced correctly. Thankfully, Nancy was working the following weekend and was able to do an equally good job on the right ear as she did the left. I am so happy with my babies ear piercings and proud to say the same piercer did both ears. Nancy is so good, and she definitely sees straight lines. 4 stars because the other lady needs glasses.

Leanne was wonderful, she explained everything well to me and my husband about caring for baby’s ears pierced. Also made the baby feel as comfortable as possible! She made sure the dots were centered. Definitely recommend!

Willow is amazing. I came in to get a late Mother’s Day gift for my mom. Something sentimental. I came late too. But willow is amazing. She asked me about how my moms style, and her height. She picked out the best options. She was so sweet and thorough. I will be coming back after I get my nose pierced and I hope to see Willow again

Liane was my daughters piercer and she couldn't have been more patient or kind and knowledgeable! She was very gentle with our 8 month old and it came out perfectly! Our daughter is healing so well and acts like she didn't even get her ears pierced. definitely recommend going to her!

Got my second hole piercings here almost a week ago. I asked them a few times whether or not their jewelry is plated or actual 14k gold (I can't wear plated, only the real stuff). They swore it was 14k solid, and I wish I trusted my instincts when i kept thinking it was plated. Anyways, the girl who did my ears was nice.. BUT she clearly was either new or didn't know what she was doing. The first ear (left) was okay kind of, but the back was way to tight and close to my ear. The right one... was even tighter than the left one. When I mentioned it to her, she kept brushing me off. My ears were sore and swollen by nightfall. Thinking it was just me and crazy self I kept pushing myself through. Almost a week later both earrings were infected. We couldn't take the earrings off, and when I called the store they were zero help. When I spoke to the manager and kept explaining why and how it happened, she just kept brushing me off and saying my doctor needs to take care of it. That's fine, he will. Yet, what leaves a bad experience even worse - is when the so called "'manager" is brushing you off, not bothering to find out the piercers name to see if maybe they need better training or what not. I got the earrings out, and took them to an actual jeweler. They said the earrings were plated gold NOT actual gold. When I said we got them at Pagoda, he just shook his head and word for word said "we see this almost on the daily, people think for the cheap price they see they will get quality jewelry/gold, impossible". Save yourself the time and money, and go to a reputable piercing shop or jewelry store that sells quality pieces. I will be calling corporate about the manager issue. The customer service is absolutely disgusting.

My piercer was very nice but my nose piercing fell out while I was sleeping. I couldn't find the diamond that fell off so I was unable to fix it. Waste of money

I took my daughter here to get a 2nd piercing in her ears and the lady that did the piercing was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Medusa did my piercing and messed up the lobes. She did it slanted and didn’t tell me. I just noticed it when I got home. I wasted 45 bucks for a slanted lobe piercing that I can’t put cute earrings at. They have a lot of customers that time and looks like she’s in a hurry doing mine so she would go to the new customers. I also got daith piercing, it looked good, but probably slanted too. I went back after a year to ask for help with changing new daith earring, she just showed me how to open the clasp. I’m pretty sure, I can ask my piercer to change the old piercing to a new one, specially if it’s in the hard area like daith. I mean, I would understand if they are busy, but they are not. I’m the only person at the time and she’s doing nothing. I don’t recommend her at all. If you would like to get piercing, I suggest don’t go there. Go to professional piercers that know what their doing.

My mom got a helix piercing here and went back to them to have it removed after the infection it caused subsided. Both the “manager” and the white girl with dreads were dismissive and rude about it bc I guess they can’t do removals. It’s fine that they don’t do removals, whatever. But the way they approached the situation was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Customer service is a solid 0/10 stars. You can’t expect much from a piercing shop located in a mall; save your money/time and invest in a higher quality experience and better jewelry from trustworthy piercers.
