We had my fiancé's ring customized by Michelle Kantor. Michelle was great, she kept us in the loop step by step, was very professional and thoughtful as we made our selection. I have shopped at Kantor Diamond Company for several years now. Michelle has designed some amazing custom pieces for me as well as helped my choose some beautiful diamonds. My engagement diamond is especially beautiful. Michelle is very patient and knowledgeable. She helped guide me through the diamond process as well as the custom process. I would NOT shop for diamonds or jewelry any place else! I highly recommend Michelle and Kantor Diamond Company.

Upon visiting the Tacoma Kantor store for the first time a few weeks ago, I was very impressed by the way my wife and I were treated by Gina and the other staff members in getting a custom order done efficiently and at a fair price. Such amazing staff and options. Love every time we go! My late grandmother left me with some jewelry, and one piece was an old styled diamond ring. Michelle worked with my wife to get the diamond back to amazing shape and set it in a new, timeless ring that will be passed down to my daughter.

The staff is great. You feel comfortable there and they'll answer any questions you may have. I've been going there for awhile now.

Do NOT shop here. Dishonest. They sell stones with bogus appraisals. They sold me a stone with an EGL USA appraisal/grading... total garbage. Over a dozen other jewelers have told me that this appraisal/grading is trash. EGL is used by dishonest jewelers. EGL inflates the rating on stones so these types of con artists can overcharge you. Just Google GIA vs. EGL grading and see for yourself. Now I am stuck with a stone that I can not sell for even HALF of what I paid. I have called them several times, and of course, THEY are not willing to pay what they say it's worth. Shame on me for not doing more research, and shame on this shop for their dishonesty.

This family owned business is a wonderful place to shop for all things jewelry. The prices and quality are the best we have found . We bought my engagement ring and wedding set 16 years ago from Michelle. We upgraded the middle stone this year ( I lost it). I didn't think We could find one as brilliant and striking as the original. I was wrong . Michelle found the perfect diamond 💎, it is absolutely stunning 😍

I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé. Less than 6 months,( 5 to be exact,), she noticed a crack on the side of it. We brought it in to have it looked at and see what was wrong. It had cracked through the middle. They then told me they don't warrantee their diamonds. Brought it to 5 different jewelers and they said the had never seen that happened to any diamond before. They asked me about the warranty, told them there wasn't one. They were apolled by my response. The diamond is worthless now and I ended up buying another one from a different jeweler. This place is dishonest about their products. What kind of jeweler will not stand by their product. Lesson learned, do research first.

Love this place they are hands down the best to work with with no pressure, there attention to customer is by far the best around so make them your next stop for your significant other.
