It was new favorite waba grill until today… what the heck is this. Portions were good until I just got a bowl of just rice and a few chunks of plantspired steak. What you guys think? My first 4 times were great bowls, just not this one

Worst Waba Grill I've been to. Although it's a nice clean location, food portions are ridiculously small compared to other Waba grills. They use a scale to weigh the whole bowl instead of weighing the actual protein. I ordered an all white meat chicken bowl. The chicken was dry and was completely chopped up and spread on top of the rice to give the illusion of a fair amount of chicken. Unfortunately it was not. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I come here a couple times a week and it's honestly the best Waba location by far, always so clean and staff is professional and kind, Ruben, who I believe is the manager is very friendly and always greets me when I go in, I really appreciate that about restaurants I go to frequently. Food is great, always cooked well. I will for sure continue to get my lunch here!

Order was missing from delivery. They asked me to come to the store if I wanted the missing order. I was asked to go to the store next business day if I wanted a refund instead. Beats the purpose of delivery if I needed to go to the store. Ended up driving there to get my order. Got compensated but I had to ask for it instead of getting offered a compensation (for time, gas, etc). Manager was not at the store to handle the situation. Again, beats the purpose of ordering online if I had to drive there.

Much smaller then most wabas around the are. They only have two tables which can sit around 8 people. This place is mainly to go. They didn’t have the chicken special here which is 2 bowls for $15. It was my first time trying the sweet & spicy chicken it was well balanced and to my surprise spicy.

Not the best, Waba grill used to be one of my favorite places were to eat, but now is not so much. I landed here just to see if I was lucky I would land on a WaBa grill that would be of my liking but that wasn't the case once again. It's so unfortunate, bit their veggies and rice were over cooked and the chicken too dry. Also their customer service is not the best, the cashier who wears an army hat is not even kind nor it has good customer service manners. Is is just too blah when he is taking your order. He doesn't even greet you when you come in. I wish I could give them a zero star, this location is one of the worst I have landed. Otherwise I wouldn't even bother to give them a review because their location passes the test but not this location.

i do not write reviews, however i was asked by Ruben CS there, i go there at least once a week, never a complaint for a fast food chain. Clean and always ready. Attentive and ready to help

Don't eat here! My girlfriend bought a mini meal and chicken bowl, they messed up her order and didn't give her rice. Instead, just veggies. But the worse was we found mold on the cabbage! Never going back. Hope the health inspector is their next customer.🤢🤮

Come to his Waba Grill twice a week and am always impressed with the service and with Ruben in particular. Despite an always busy lunch rush, Ruben manages to handle numerous orders with precision, all while maintaining a positive, welcoming and cheerful demeanor. Love this place!

Chicken so dry no flavor it was supposed to be sweet and spicy chicken and I added avocado for 1.99 and it’s nasty 🤮 I will never be back to this place

I love this place to eat a healthy food, always nice and clean, fast service, the food is incredible and to many options 👌🏻, I try to come at least twice every week
