Most of reviews,which here are five star rated are either self-faked or by gullible who are made to believe BMW is a luxury brand.Yes I agree, BMW makes it's investors and dealers luxurious selling cars which are dubbed as that of luxurious segment.As a owner of brand new 5 series car whose service is pathetic, previously I used to think same about that Desi-manufacturer,whose brand I don't want to mention.If BMW customer is stranded somewhere or even at service center,that is the place,where his/her eyes would open to truth of BMW service being utmost callous.They don't even provide alternate arrangement for customer who got held up because of either faulty vehicle or for regular service.If Google permit I would have given ZERO rating for this brand.Its better to seek alternative brands which provide world-class services.This center just tries to wash of its hands by forcing customer to take incompletely serviced vehicle.

Worst customer service , don’t buy BMW car and take their service , they are bunch of cheaters who are there just to mint money . I took my car as tyre bursted in 20 days . They made me to buy a new tyre and didn’t support to replace it for free, even though I paid huge money in the name of warranty. I am in the process of filing consumer case. If anyone wants proofs the reach me I can provide them . Don’t buy “BMW”, poor customer service

Very bad experience that I had with Kun Vijayawada. When my vehicle BMW X 5 was reffer to them for the rectification of a simple problem with regard to gear box rubber mount as per their suggestion , but, subsequently, they had changed their version on due replacing the said rubber mount , alleging as if the engine it self needs to be rectified by replacing several spares and setup a service estimate to that effect and insisting me for advance payment of 50% from out of it.... which amounts nothing but much unfairness on their part in addressing a simple problem and making it to a combersome one for the reasons best known by them only ..... As a result, my healthest feelings towards BMW X5 made hurt by subjecting me to bitter dasappointment .

I had very bad experience With kun Vijayawada First,they have taken 53 days to process my insurance claim for x3 for reasons they don’t have a tie up with digit insurance.i had to call repeatedly to get my car out of kun Secondly,they have not covered completely & I had to pay part amount Third,I started having problems that were not there at the time of giving the car for claim They spoiled abs sensor while removing and fitting tyres .when asked mr.srinivas says it happens while checking & asking me to pay 45000 for that seperately My car runs as if it’s in hand gear Someone from bmw or kun This ruins ur reputation I have been using ur cars since 6 yrs

Well located place for a showroom which contains all facilities for parkings and it is situated on the left side of the main road which helps in finding it easy to locate for a person

No cars to see only 2 cars they have and referring to see cars in Hyderabad. And will never offer cars to see and test drive.

The staff here were professional throughout. We had a test drive with the iX model and it was great. Additionally, the staff explained tradeoffs of the cars on Indian roads, taxation and other factors. One point of improvement can be to explain service after the purchase. This would give use insight into general support available on the road for a atypical brand such as BMW
