Staff is not working,poor service,Arrogant officer.if you have all documents ready still they will send you for next schedule. It's better to choose another location for faster process...

One of the pathetic, worst Government places in the city. One of the staff member who sits right next to the door, very arrogant and non friendly. I don't know why these kind of people do even exist on Earth ,they should depart. I had worst nightmare. If you want to get done your work quickly try different locations.

so much bad experience. the officer is not good he has no sense how to behave. He was doing argument without any reason. i can't understand government why to select that type of redicules irresponsible person.if i can select zero star option then i give zero

Horrible experience. The officer is extremely irritating and asks for unnecessary documents. My friends who got their passports done from Pune/Mumbai were never asked for the those documents. Also, he asks to print colour copy of Adhar which should be printed on same day which is not mentioned anywhere on website.

All Staff Members Are Really Supportive expect the man( who looks like Charlie Chaplin)who checks documentation, He didn’t care about people And Students. He Always Rejects the people because of silly reasons..

Staff is very supportive and polite , on appointment I made 5 mistake in passport application form still they didn't say anything although they correct all the mistake. They told how to fill form which documents required , what to do what not to do, and madam is also very supportive,
