It's a work in progress. It's not displayed anywhere what Meerpet mch wants to do with it and when it will be completed. It can be good place for public for morning or night walks. Stink from water is a Big problem but I am sure Meerpet mch must some plan of action for that too. Number of people turning up in morning is increasing on daily basis. Some ignorant visitors who lack civic sense are bringing their pet dogs. Dog poop over the waliking track makes it unhygienic. If a board is displayed mentioning the do's & dont's will make it better place for morning walks. I have also seen alcohol,beer bottles and plastic tumbler (disposable) lying around on daily basis indicating that in night alcohol consumption is happening there. # Fri 5th Feb 2020 # Now after little cleaning stink level has gone down. Beautification work is niw taking shape and it's pleasantness has improved. Pleasantly surprised by the dummy birds on tree in middle of the pond. Footfalls has increased.

Good initiative taken by local authorities to build a jogging track and other attractions around this old lake.. still more work need to be done. Plz build the boundaries or safety wall which could avoid children going near to water. Public coming to the park need to wear masks as the situation demands. Good to see more trees coming up.

It's Smells very bad and full wasted dust in sides and also full of trees But Govt of Hyd Muncipal arranged Security Jaali...

They made a people friendly lake, but the maintainence in the evenings and nights is the issue, no one is there no security gaurd, which is why people come in groups and celebrate birthdays or any other occasions but they throw all the materials bottles, cakes, garlands, plastics and many more into the lake. No dustbins installed, no gaurd, no signs and tea stalls or food stalls use that footpath space and leave their littering. Need to maintain the space around the jogging path and also both the statues.. For people who may wonder for these... 1. no boating 2. No amenities 3. private toileteries just on the main road adjusent to the lake

Newly built Children's play are of two categories one under 3 years and another 3-12 years, it's a great development and my children love it...

Good place for morning and evening walks... Preferably kids, old along with pets if you have .. Practice marathon, yoga, workout, meditation along with family and friends. Place to build better and healthy community.
