Very
bad
experience.
We
had
booked
the
hotel
for
7
rooms
for
17
people
(including
children)
one
month
before
with
full
payment.
We
travelled
from
Odisha
to
Hyderabad
and
as
we
reached
the
hotel
for
check-in,
they
denied
us
rooms
stating
they
are
all
sold
out
and
they
have
no
rooms
available.
We
had
booked
it
through
the
Agoda
app.
If
they
have
tie
ups
with
other
online
apps
then
they
should
acknowledge
those
bookings
or
the
least
they
could
do
is
inform
us
one
day
before
about
the
no
room
availability.
They
denied
the
rooms
to
all
the
customers
that
came
that
day
booking
through
other
apps
unless
it
was
directly
booked
through
them.
Completely
irresponsible
and
careless
behaviour
shown
by
the
hotel
and
for
all
the
trouble
my
family
had
to
go
through
because
of
their
unprofessional
practices.
