Hello all, It's the best place for family gatherings like joint families/friends. Location - Easy to locate on main road. Ambience - 4/5 Food - 4/5 Services - 4.5/5 AC room conditioning - 3/5 (we were made to sit in the corner of the room & with people we were sweating in mid way of lunch time). Choice of food - 4/5(Some cluster of chinese & indian can be made as a new platter, Introducing South Indian famous food like Idiappam, kothu paratha(veg/chicken/egg) would make it reliable to more people) Overall rating - 4/5

Place is huge, ambience is good. Food was tasty. Importantly staff provides service with a smile. Masala kulcha was good. Veg cantonese Soup was ok. Chilly Baby corn was not that great though. Miloni tarkari was average - standard mix veg with a diff name.

If you are vegetarian and looking for some good food then this it is one of places around kothapet. As others I did not had bad experience with good and order delivery, it came in time. Ambience of restaurant is to good and especially metro view is good experience. Staff is welcoming and courtesious. Filter coffee is really good and quality of other food items is also decent but little bit expensive. Place has good restrooms and accepts cash & card payments. I had to go through a worst experience at this place the food that was served to us was really not at all hot and tasty and the place was not air conditioned properly. Maybe they just got the public attention and the following they have become arrogant and not at all maintaining the service properly. People come with a lot of expectations to spend a good time with their families to experience a delicious food and stay happy, but the irresponsibility is definitely going to create a big difference.

Place is hygiene, well maintained and good quality is also nice for vegetarians. The ambiance with tiny yellow lights and smoothing music bgms gives u nice relaxing feel while having food. Staff was quick as there was very less customer as it’s a weekday. Food quality is also nice. Paneer could have been little more soft but manageable. Lime soda was also better. Over all nice exp. 😍🙂 n yes staff members are following COvid protocols 👍🤩

Good location, food is good as like other minervas in the city. Little inside in the location. Washrooms are outside of the restaurant.

The worst person to deal with in this restaurant. The arrogance he holds is just disgusting. We asked him if he could atleast give a table for 4 as there was an elderly person with us and he was like there is no such thing I can’t give you the table just because of that reason. Hate the customer service here. They don’t even pick the calls for online booking

A place to enjoy South Indian and North Indian dishes.The quality is delicious and mouth watering.The chutneys and rasam accompanying the tiffins go well with the items ordered.All foods are served with mineral water(though charged).It is an ideal place for couples,families,kids & friends to go out for brunch,lunch,snacks & dinner.

Spacious, good ambience, not too crowded. Food is tasty, good service, attentive staff. Serves veg items. Located on Kothapet main road near Victoria metro station.

Very poor quality of food served, cold starters and inspite of requesting less spicy curries, the curries were served with pieces of green chillies which could have been avoided. Doesn't deserve to be using the brand Minerva for such poor quality food. Would never go back again....

tried the ra a dosa and it was good. Lot chutneys, curry me sambar.

While charging premium prices for the area, Minerva conveniently sends milkshakes and juices in curry containers. Utter disrespect for customers.
