Very good ambience🍽️, Decent staff🧑‍🍳 ,Lite music🎷 ,with live screening📺,also good for families. Visit early🏃 so you don't need to wait and get prefered seating🪑. Coming to food🍲 must try Mushroom pepper fry👌,chicken pakoda kebab,Kasuri Methi chicken kebab. Veg spring rolls,Fish items are just okay🤏. 🥂Must try cocktails,mocktails- Mojito👍, sunday morning👌,Blue angel ,Pina colada (if you like cream and sweet), Fruti punch. Deserts are not many but can try ice cream 🍨 with fruit salad🥝 ,Mutka kulfi.

Perfect place for family gathering. It is a slightly expensive place. But the food is great. Special chicken biryani is amazing. Good quantity as well. Service is good too.

I was very disappointed with our visit. The place was suggested by my friend, so I gave it a try. We ordered chicken manchow soup, chicken 65, Apollo fish, chicken lollipop for starters. All the items except for the soup, were too cold to eat, they did not have the courtesy to warm the food and bring it onto the table. Then later we ordered mutton dum biryani, for which we received some plain basmati rice with some untastefully cooked mutton curry on top. We also overheard others complaining to the manager about the distasteful mutton biryani. Overall it was really a pathetic experience. The prices seemed a bit too much on the higher side. On the other hand, the parking experience was horrible. After reaching the second lower basement, the security guard was saying that there is no parking space. The lifts were also not coming to the basement layer.

Nice ambiance and well-behaved staff. The special boneless mutton biryani was fresh and tasty, however, the loose fried prawns, chicken drumsticks were STALE.

They're including *Service Charges* to the bill without consent. If you pay without having a look into it they'll show you the disclaimer on bill as "It's optional". If these guys are really mean it then they should convey during the payment but they won't. #IYKYK

Food quality has gone down from say 90% to 5% nowadays. They add too much salt and chilly powder to all the dishes thus make it as unhealthy as possible for you to consume. Everything literally either salty, oily or spicy. Please avoid this restaurant if you want to keep your health in check. Hygiene and ambience is decent but that’s not all you want you see. Prices are very high for the area and no real offers like dineout or swiggy etc.

I recently dined at the Blue Fox Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food was lackluster in flavor, with dishes seeming as if they had been reheated rather than prepared fresh. To make matters worse, the staff was inattentive and unaccommodating, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, my visit to the Blue Fox Hotel was a disappointment and felt like a waste of time. I cannot recommend this establishment to others.

I visited this place with my family the service was ok. Coming to the taste it was average it can be improved. Place was not up to the mark.

Food looks good but the taste was……. Full of salty🧂🧂🧂 i think the cheff and management has no-sense starters which we hve ordered is apollo-fish, chrispy-con-fry and egg&chicken-fried rice with garlic-chicken curry i thought one dish might be failed in cooking all of them are tooo salty and the manager says he will replace the food……. How we wasted time and money……. The food and quality of the taste of the blue-fox was disappointing ! Serve the food only before you taste the quality of it other wise all of this mess will happen, you people many make money now but not there after !

I am giving an overall rating of 2 only because of the service provided by the waiters. The first time we gave the order the waiter didn’t take the full order and when I verified where’s the green salad, another waiter comes and makes a note clarified it was not in their list of ordered items. And when I ordered main course, they only got the order for veg and made us wait more than 20 mins to get the keema biryani (this was missed) when I questioned the first waiter if he ordered he lied since the other guy said it was ordered. It’s just the way they lie on your face thinking you are a dumb customer who can just buy in whatever they say. Completely unprofessional. Servers were very diligent and nice. Just filled with oversmart waiters who recklessly answer and walk away

Food is okay but waiting time is more Quite expensive

Good Food, But the wait time is atleast 25-30 Minutes over the weekend. So pleaae plan and go over the weekends. Would appreciate the Manager at this place. Was overwhelming. But the service staff was slow. Will be visiting this place again. Hoping for the better service.
