Hello people., As everyone knows the ALPHA HOTEL is very famous for its taste and it is a very famous since it was established.There no specific thing to be mentioned to try. Everything is good here. But i was disappointed because they don't accept the mobile payments even till today. I really want the alpha hotel.management to solve this as soon as possible for a faster payment process.

Food was tasty but too spice is in biryani... Too crowded and the fan's sound was so irritating.... But all the menu i found in so much reasonable price... They should to change the ambience because it too old... Washroom was not so clean... There was so much crowd...so many people's came daily..even i won't get a seat quickly it means walking is too good so they should maintain it... They should keep it clean and hygiene

Alpha Hotel is a casual dining restaurant serving Biryani, many other snacks item, bakery items,Tea ,coffee and etc. Well the hotel looks small from outside but it is big from inside. It usually crowded all day. Even during covid time it is so much crowded. I tried Irani Chai(Tea) and Chicken Burger. Irani Chai was good but the burger was not so good.

Great place for tea and tea products.... Always crowdy because of its prime location... Lot of bakery items are available... Need to check the items after putting in cover because they display fresh items and when you ask to parcel they put old products. I experienced many times while purchasing donuts. Their staff feel floating customers won't ask them for quality they will get into train 🚉.

a) The waiters expect Rs 10 tips each time you eat a Rs 140 Biriyani there or you get it packed. Rs 10 is a good 7-8%. Its unacceptable especially when one is packing a Biriyani? Why so much greed? Why the management is ignorant? b)The size of the chicken piece is too small for one to eat. c) The ambience of the restaurant is untidy. You can notice dirty wash basins, and also rats running in between.

Several varieties of bakery items at reasonable rates (ground floor). I doubt if any other bakery would have so much of bakery food variety. Food tastes good & prices are economical. At a good prime location. But the serving staff at ground floor are full rude to respond.

Busiest place I can say! Biryani is worth tasting. And they don't boast its a best biryani like paradise does. But decent one . Chai was awesome. Service would have been better. Lot of waiters and dunno what to do, so they were busy in chitchat.

Cash counter guy will always give you less money. I have tested three times. I have given 500 notes took biryani of 140 he returned 240 then I asked he returned 20 . Then I asked again it is less then he returned 100. Initially I thought it was by his mistake. I tested 3 different times. It was same. People will be in hurry here so they are doing it always. Test it by yourself. Thank me latter. I am writing review after personal experience three times in a year. Intentionally I have given 500 notes to test the same. Do it by yourself.

The alpha hotel known for great taste but the waiter staff are ruing this restaurant. Even though they multiple menu items available they are forcing to go for the Biryani. I went around 10.30 PM to have food and wanted to order curry and roti. But the waiter staff forcing to order only biryani. They are giving reason that hotel wil be closed by 11 PM. After sometime I have observed that people ordering other menu items. On asking they are saying like you have to sit in other section. I simply put all ordered food on table and came out with empty stomach. I will never gone visit this place again.

It is a very rustic restaurant. There is an old world charm about it. Though there is always rush. A lot of options on the bakery side too, really a lot of options. But most of them are sweeter. There is a separate section for dining. There are some strict rules. Like bakery items won't be served on table, you have to come near the stall and eat. Just like this few more rules. The overall experience of alpha hotel was quite impressive. It's been ages since alpha hotel was established.Sinec inception it didn't disappointed with taste anytime. The only thing that concerns me is, the hotel need to be a bit spacious and I think it need to be undergo some changes regarding the furniture, plates etc...

Its one of the oldest hotels in Hyderabad. Located just before the sec bad railway station .It's famous for its biryani . It also serves baking items and the prices ,not at all need to worry about. . The rooms are not yet renovated and become old with time . Can expect a hurry kind of service ,as it is one of the busiest and crowded hotels in the area.

Please avoid the items that are bought less by the people in the snack section on the ground floor as they might not always be fresh. (Ex: Pizza items).

I had my first biriyani here in year 2000. At that time, it would cost Rs 38 for a plate of chicken biriyani. Chicken pieces were huge (they would make only 4 pieces out out of a chicken), along with one boiled egg on top of rice. That was the tastiest biriyani ever. Hope to visit Hyderabad again some day and have biriyani there. Request Alpha management to adhere to the quality your biriyani had 20 years ago.

This place is the original alfa. The ambience is like a normal hotel but the quality of the food is the best awesome. Quantity super.. Cost very very reasonable . The quantity of the food is also adequate in accordance with the price. I will say the price is cheaper than any other restaurants for this quality of food. They have several dining places with and without AC, even rooftop dining option is also available. The place will be crowded always. There is only roadside parking there and no dedicated parking place. You much visit this place for the sake of quality of food in low price.

Our dinner at Alpha Hotel was really nice. The Mutton Masala and the Chicken Tikka Masala were a trip of the taste buds, full of flavour. The meal was also served with Tandoori roti that was perfectly cooked. Similarly, the easy access to the restaurant, which is just 50 meters from Secunderabad Railway Station, is an added advantage to people who travel and would want a quick and tasty meal. Alpha Hotel is a great spot for a mouthwatering feast in close proximity to the station.

Too crowded for Covid. Bakery items have very less hygiene and I doubt if they are fresh. Biryani was good though.

I went here with my family...super affordable place and food is quite good too...I would rate 8.5/10. There are ALOT of non-vegetarian dishes ...and a limited vegetarian dishes but they are still good. Ambience here is not as good as the bigger restaurants but it's not bad.,. I would definitely go back to eat here again The place seems a little bit congested but it's still good for small families.... people who have large family might have to sit in separate tables as one table can only fit about 5-6 people.... I would suggest not to take babies or toddlers here because of minimum space and it can seem too stuffy for the kids

Hi Today I went to eat with my family..hotel is busy; Location near to Secunderabad railway station. 1) prices are decent; old man Weighter said Initially if any items required 50-60 minutes but veg & Non veg readily available. If you can wait one hour order the special items other than biryani. 2) Weighter bring the biryani; there is no hot... It's cool rice 3) we asked it's no hot; Old man Weighter is saying it will like that only..and gives reckless response. 4) Wash basin and wash rooms are not clean 5) There are some cats and rats are running bottom of the dining table. 6) service is very bad 7) it's an very old hotel and brand name in Secunderabad; please interfere management and give the quality food with neat and clean Environment

This place has witnessed the pace of life. Every day there are almost lakhs of people travelling somewhere. Even though the place is crowded all the time, the things are managed very well. The biriyani is definitely no go for spice lover, I think they keep the journey of people in mind.

Waiters and all were friendly but,the ambience wasn't good.. When I entered I felt like going inside a shabby place. And, most importantly.. my stomach had some issues the next day after having biriyani there; not just me even my friend went through the same condition. But, yeah.. considering the price it was good.

This is one of the best Hotel in my experience. All the facilities they provide as this price range. All the staff members and the employees they are really good and very friendly. So that people can easily interact and comfort.

They are a bunch of money looters. They see that people are in a hurry and they pay less attention to what they are paying. The staff of this hotel takes full advantage of this. I was charged Rs. 20 for a small water bottle, the MRP of which was Rs. 10. Just to be sure that they are looting. I bought a larger bottle and the price was same Rs. 20. So, i asked the staff about the price, he just simply said that the smaller water bottle is of Rs. 15. Then after a while i went to the Alpha Hotel and bought another small water bottle and this time the staff was different who gave me the bottle in Rs. 10. When I confronted them about this they got aggressive. Same happened when i ordered 2 chicken biryani parcel. The price for one is Rs. 140, that makes Rs. 280 for two. I gave them Rs 250 at first. The staff quickly put the Rs. 50 note inside the cash drawer and asked me for 80 more. So i gave him 100. He returned me 20. Then i confronted him about this, he just waved me off by saying it was by mistake. Another incident was with the onion samosa. They charged 10 rupees more than what we had. The taste of the food is great. But the staff is HORRIBLE. They are frauds or are just simply a bunch of illiterates who are poor in simple maths.... Visited this hotel after 9 long years... Was one of my favourite places to eat but the experience i had is horrible... And i doubt i will come here again... Even if i do, i will be more conscious... Please guys do pay attention to what you are paying...... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

They have most of the dishes available from bakery items to different cuisines. Prices are very reasonable It's better to opt for takeaway option rather than Dinining here.

I hope One can have good chicken biryani on the first floor and roti with all those non veg, veg curries on the ground floor, back of the drinking water. This is a very famous Hyderabadi biryani, Irani chai. Earlier It was good in quality and tasty. Very recently today I bought veg biryani, 2 years back it was so tasty but this time I was disappointed with the taste.

Visited Alpha Hotel Basement AC Dining Hall and came to know all the waiters forcefully and shamelessly charge for Top for which dey call as "Service Charge". They return you less amount and when asked they tell Service Tip Amma. Worst experience ever. Tip is given by customers own free will

As the hotel is situated near railway station it’s always crowded and completely chaos but the hotel food is kind of OK. The service person behave rude and sometimes get angry because of the rush which they can’t handle and they maybe rude sometimes. The Biryani is more like Andra style chicken biryani, which you can get from any Andra hotel without struggle. So, I advise, do not go for Alpha Hotel specially for Hyderabadi chicken biryani, it is waste of money and emotion....

Chicken biryani was just awesome at really awesome price tags. Only chicken was great I don't suggest about the remaining I had really bad experience with the mutton and egg biryani. I just felt like had a bite of hell. I only suggest chicken and about the other its up to you to give a try.

The service is very bad. Management should change the waiters specially from the first floor of men's section. Waiters consider tips of 20 to 40 rps themselves. Tried chicken biryani which is 140. But the waiter charge me 160 saying it's a price. And they took 45 min to get a single biriyani from kitchen to table after opening of the biryani dum. Taste is good but service is very bad.

There is a scam running at the take away biryani counter here. I went to to buy biryani there this year in May month when i was in Hyderabad for a friend's wedding. I asked for the biryani gave him 500 and asked for the change then a person came beside me with a guy in auto driver uniform. He asked if i have 200 cash he need to give it to the auto driver as he dont have cash and told he will phonepe. I was not able to deny as he saw me getting the change from the shop. I felt suspicious by the whole scenario so i asked few more questions then i thought if i get the money on phonepe then only i will give him cash. I got the money in phonepe then i gave him the cash. When i checked for my biryani it was not there on the counter i asked the person on the counter he told i dont know. I placed your parcel on the counter after i that its not my responsibility and told you were busy in talking to others ,someone might have taken your parcel. I checked my bag,purse and i got relieved that everything was there except my biryani 😂 The timing was so perfect by the scamster that i did not get time to pick up my parcel. The counter guy initially spoke Telegu and one might easily know i don't belong to the place. That might be a hint to the scamster to scam me. The counter was so small and close to the road that i don't believe someone might have taken that other than the counter guy. They all executed it very smoothly. The guy to whom i transferred the amount had masked(ex- 899XXX90) his number in phonepe and blocked me on phonepe after that. The irony was that i had to buy one more biryani from that same place as i was getting late for my train. This was the first time i got scammed and i treat this as a lesson not to get distracted in future when i face these kind of scamsters 😂 One great thing also happened before that i was getting late for my train and i was not getting any auto on ola,uber. One guy gave me lift till railway station without taking any money. So it was a good as well as bad experience that day in Hyderabad. There are many scams happening in these cities where they use different tricks. But the common thing is that they will tell you its urgent and distract you from your belongings. Try to be aware while travelling to new places and these scamsters should not discourage you from helping strangers. The food is always good so i gave 5 stars. I always take biryani from there every time when i have to catch a train from Hyderabad.

As it's a rush hour place all the time across years and it will never change and can't expect to change as well. But as usual prices have increased but the taste of Alpha tea remains the same since ages and can expect to be the same for future generations as well. When compared to the previous years it has developed into a good place for family or dining with friends. But you can always a massy public here and there. As usual you can be able to purchase the bakery items with less cost. A reasonable party venue since my childhood. However everything changed but it's not.

I am a every Friday customer to this hotel, and food quality is very good. But service has been completely handed over to Bihar people, they don't know respect and not able to understand Telugu people manner . There is no mobile no to complaint their attitude and there is no manager to attend custmor.... This is not good in food business.
