Pathetic service, zero responsibly towards the customer. Akbar and the store manager at titan eye plus have been least helpful in replacing the damaged frame even in calling multiple times even upon telling the claim has been settled 10 days back and informing to check by calling and telling them multiple times. This is a terrible experience and a terrible staff to deal with.
