A pretty place with pretty ambience. The food is decent. Enjoyed the fries and the churros. The quesadilla was the least favorite. Avoid it. Taco is ok ok

The 59 onward items are way too small. The fries are not as good as McDonald's. Also tries the bell box, it is average. The taco in the bell box is served cold as if directly from storage. The cinnamon twisters are nothing but fryums. The service is prompt.

After hearing a lot of good opinions and not so good opinions about Taco Bell, I finally happen to visit this outlet at PVR Moosarambagh. The set up and the ambience is surely an attraction and the projector screen will surely keep the youth engaged. We ordered for Naked Chicken Taco meal which has a decent filling. The meal include French fries which are thick and not as great as MCD. The good thing is the unlimited pepsi with the meal. So, you should not worry about ordering separate soft drink for your partner which is not a common thing in a multiplex. We also ordered for Fajita Chicken Cheese Quesadilla which was tasty. Overall my first experience was good but if you are looking for a heavy meal then this isn't the place. We spent 600 for a meal and another taco with a quesadilla and it wasn't filling. So, this is a good place for a quick bite.

I didn't like the Burrito at all. Talking about the service, the cashier is worse. Though they have the money, they aren't giving the change to the customers. They aren't allowing outside food. The way they behaved was so rude. The WORST food court I've ever seen!!!

Nice place to enjoy Tacos. It would have been great if restaurant has glass enclosure with proper air conditioning especially during Summers.

Worst staff, online service and customer care. I visited here at the beginning of july first week 2023 and I was the only customer at that time. The staff was idle and was chit chatting. They saw me walk in and secure a table forget about informing about the online server being down they didn't even great me. I casually ordered using the barcode as it was placed there and also made the payment. I waited for abt 15 mins for my order, I could see the staff still chatting and didn't move a muscle. I approched them and asked about the order and that when they inform me that the server is down and I need to order again from the counter, they told me the online payment will be refunded in 5 days and asked me to make the payment again in cash for the order made from the counter. Its been a whole month now and its the 27th jule today and after repeated calls to the customer service rep and the managers I still didn't recieve my payment and they keep delaying I have the payment screenshots, chat and call history of every single day of the month with the customer sevice reps. VERY DISSAPOINTED!! (Online barcode order was made for convenience but it looks a totall fraud to me now!! )

My first time at Taco Bell in India and I walk away a happy customer, the place deserves a higher rating but perhaps I will update my rating in the next visit, food was tasty, multiple options tried, portions served are adequate and some people may find the pricing a bit overpriced but all major food chains are pricey. The ambience and service excellent and overall pleasant experience.the place is located just outside pvr cinema in the mall. Parking and accessibility to the shop is very easy.

This place is unable to meet the high expectations of the public as the taste is not worth the money paid for. Although the pricing is reasonable for that place. I do not suggest this place to anyone who wants to have a delicious food . The ambience is normal, the staff is well cultured and well behaved. The service though takes a lot of time where you need to be patient as well as hungry in order to enjoy the feast. Seating arrangement is nice but can be better. There is a projector screen on which the staff Will play the sports of their interests.the sound system is not good they also play the songs that they like.

Big Bell box item took down my expectations on Taco bell. French fries - tastes common Papads(twist) - not up to the mark And remaining existings is "Okay". Ques MexChk Hot- tastes different. Serves Unlimited cool drink (Pepsi). Architecture looks good & simple. This is my experience.

The food was not bad or good I ordered TacoBell Chicken it was kind of meh 😐 The chilly sauce made it good otherwise it was okay. Please improve the taste
