Firstly,
it
was
very
difficult
to
find
the
hotel.
We
had
2
rooms
booked.
Neither
of
the
room's
air
conditioner
was
working
properly.
We
had
waterfall
from
the
split
ac.
Plus
this
room
did
not
have
a
window.
The
mattress
was
lumpy
and
had
springs
coming
out
and
poking
the
back.
The
bathroom
needs
a
lot
of
work.
There
are
2
lifts
but
only
one
is
operational
on
a
day
to
day
basis.
If
there
is
an
event,
then
both
will
be
working.
Inspite
of
us
having
a
late
checkout,
we
were
forced
to
surrender
one
room
by
11.30.
They
even
blocked
the
keycard
of
the
existing
room
creating
a
mess
for
us.
Inspite
of
me
bluntly
asking
if
it
was
due
to
checkout
time,
they
said
no.
It
just
happens.
Instead
of
reissuing
the
key,
they
had
the
HK
staff
use
the
master
key
to
get
us
in.
The
locks
on
the
doors
don't
work.
Wi
fi
connectivity
is
horrible.
Food
was
decent.
The
buffet
did
not
have
names
of
the
items
displayed.
All
in
all
if
you
don't
have
any
option
consider
this
hotel.
