Ordered a Triple Chocolate Waffle stick from this place. Packaging was on point. The waffle was placed on a stick and topped with Chocolate, White Chocolate and Dark chocolate syrup. The waffle was crispy and all the chocolate was so good to satisfy my cravings.

We usually visit this store in night time to spend my time with friends this store was very beautiful on looking view , order will prepare to take around 5 to 10 mints in meanwhile we use to play game with my team

Old standards are far gone. Doesn’t worth a penny now. Pathetic quality (watery) and small sized cups made the experience even more disappointing. Not going to this ever again

Recently they started kunafa ..cheese kunafa . It tasted yummy. Must try baklava also . Great experience.

1. We found something in one of our shakes that wasn't supposed to be there. Best case it was a piece of plastic. Worst case it was a few pieces of finger nails. Either way, it was disgusting. So we ended up throwing all the drinks we bought. 2. The milkshake was watered down and not even coherent. There were small chunks of chocolate brownie with thin milk. It was bad. 3. The crusher was decent but then again we found a piece of plastic/finger nail in it.

Always a best place to spend some quality time with friends and family while sipping on the yummiest thickshakes. Try choosing different flavours each time you visit, most of them taste good on your palate.

You get the best milkshakes and thick shakes here. Always try to go for thick shakes.

Please need hygiene and pest control, there are loads of roaches around the food area moreover these guys are least bothered to initiate the pest control. After having a thick shake here one of my friends fell sick. So please be careful.

We had thick mango shake & oreo shake and it was a fantastic experience. On our second visit we had to order ice tea & crusher. The experience was not that great. I recommend going for traditional thick shakes

This places need to have a pest control treatment done. Cockroachs all over the preparation area. Disgusting to see them move all over the place while your oder is being prepared.

It's a decent place to hang out with friends and grab a good shake. But needs to improve on the lighting and the ambiance. But overall a decent place to go or order.

Thickshake factory doesn't give chocochip in strawberry shake in lieu of it they add Coco powder to it..they scam people online through Zomato and swiggy by not delivering what the customer needs.the quality is worst
