Just we started our contact with Kesari Travels. Planned for 15 days Europe Trip during May 2019. Hope the tour will be enjoyable. So far so good. Full review can be given only after trip.

Had been with Kesari on half a dozen tours - Kerala, Singapore-HongKong, Malaysia, Thailand, Europe & London, Kashmir etc. But now, they do not have many group tours from Hyderabad. Looks like they are content with Pattaya trips ! All their group tours start from Mumbai. You are asked to join the 30 strong group at some place. I did that too. But was disgusting . . . To be with a huge group & you are in a minority & don't understand what the conversation is about. I stopped traveling with Kesari.

Very poor service regarding package enquiries. I contacted a staff by name Megha taking care of international travel. Gave her my requirements to travel to Italy with my daughter. Was disappointed by her callous and unprofessional behaviour, never reverted by the committed time. Finally after several follow ups she was to revert in 2 days, it is more than a week now….Kesari should hire better staff to retain their reputation. It is another matter that I booked my travel thru another promising agency.

Response was a waste. Even when we offer business by way of customisef tour they just dont bother to give you an iternary as though we are asking for charity. This is how the private sector works.

This is a tour agency that arranges group tours all over the world and also within India The service is very good and complete in all respects. Most of the tours start from Mumbai, but occasionally there is one that starts from Bangalore. Most of the persons who avail this service are Marathi speaking people.

Though kesari might be well known tour agency my experience with staff was not good. Had given special honeymoon package 3 months back as specified travel plans not matching my dates. Didn't get quotation yet, and everytime i get response - Sir we are working on that.

I was in touch with one Ms Shwetha, Ms Bhagyashri, Mr Shekhar Joshi etc and repeatedly expressed my interest to join Untouched NorthEast Tour departing 15052023. I was ready to pay and called them several times and no response. Everytime they will tell they will get back to me very soon but they were not confirming booking and finally I had to resort to this Social media post to get Kesari's attention. And my phone calls to their Call centre number also nobody will answer. And later somebody will call and tell me they will get back to me. When a ready customer waiting to pay money and join immediately what ails them to make a booking and see it through I am not able to understand. Very pathetic. But Kesari's ground level Tour Managers are extremely good. But office people really horrible to deal with them.

Office is closed. One lady on WFH attends calls. As we enjoyed their trips earlier from Mumbai, we wanted to avail their international group tour again. Now, it appears work is being done on line only for Hyderabad visitors. So we shifted to other reputed travel agency for the trip this month. Worst thing is that they have not updated this in their website. If we are willing to join from Mumbai, I feel Kesari is still the Best as they are the only one who provide 3 meals per day in Indian restaurants all over the world tours. Since I am disappointed that it is not available from Hyderabad, this low rating. Other wise, if you're from Mumbai, it will be 5.

The travel service is very good. However their Hyderabad office is still closed. Request Kesari to restart their service at Hyderabad immediately. Many persons like me are eagerly waiting for it. Myself and my wife have used Kesari Hyderabad for national and even much more for international service.

The office in Hyderabad is closed long back. But it is not mentioned anywhere. I wanted to enquire about any group tours to Andaman for senior citizens and information about Cancellation and refund policy.

We did travel to Merwad with Kesari,team was trying to manipulate the time to spend in each place , to cover all the places as in package ,not enough time was given.

Myself and my wife were a part of 34 Senior Citizens plus one child who had visited 10 countries in Europe under the E-4 Tour category. Our tour duration was for 15 days starting from 3rd May, 2019 to 18th May,2019. Once we had finalized our tour programme, Kesari, Hyderabad got into TOP GEAR and helped and guided our group as a whole in every which way in terms of preparing and presenting the necessary documents, thus enabling the whole group in obtaining the Visas without any rejections in one go. The itinerary chartered out by Kesari was very good. The Tour Manager Mr. SANTOSH DHANAWADE was a mobile Encyclopedia of information on all the sites of tourist interest in the respective 10 countries visited by us and which he would share and keep us all informed well in advance before arriving at the site. Without a doubt he was the BEST THING that could have happened to our group, as he jelled with the whole group so easily and beautifully-- we all traveled through the different countries as one large (37 people) Happy Family. Over all the cost per person was reasonable, journey was thoroughly enjoyable, food very sumptuous and homely (provided for in Indian Restaurants in every city) and accommodation very comfortable and cosy. In conclusion the tour was a very enjoyable and a memorable one. A Good Job done-Kesari. Thanks a lot.
