Our second visit to Panna and we were welcomed by Anju and Pawan. These two people were so patient with us and did not twitch a face muscle when we were so confused and kept asking them to show us a previous selection. The collection now is even more unique and lovely. Being a new bee in Hyderabad, I was on a look out for some jewelers who are trust worthy and also have a wonderful collection. I kept searching for videos from influencers on youtube. That is where I came across videos on Panna and their collection. So we went to just take a look at the collection in the store. The first time we went we were clear of just taking a look at the collection, i was so impressed with the staff, even after we told them we have no idea in buying that day but we had been to check the collection, they were okay with it and showed us around the store and all the light weight jewelry collection they had in store. I must say, i was impressed and wanted to buy it on the same day. But I held myself back and went after 2 weeks and bought a wonderful pearl and coral choker kinda neckpiece with jumka's. They are the best in their business and their collection rocks. The light weight and the heavy jewels are amazing. They also have a gold scheme option for 12 months. A must visit for people in and around Hyderabad.

Based on YouTube video I visited the store , it’s very best gold and pearl jewellery store , every designs are unique and best. Manisha helped me a lot to choose the best for me. Overall I loved the service and jewellery I would like to visit again for the future purchases. I had custom ordered a ring that didn't work out unfortunately. However they refunded the deposit without hassle. The store is always packed which itself tells you they sell good jwellery. But the staff and customer service is even better. Highly recommended.
