I went to Kess Hair and beauty at Glenfield mall for the first time and had possibly the worst experience ever at a beauty related appointment. I went in to get a lash lift, and there was zero communication. I was taken to their room and lied down and the woman taking care of me got to work without saying a word. She put tape on my face and went in with the perming solution then just left the room and turned off the light without saying a word. She would come back and check and then leave every 5 or 10 minutes. At one point the contraption that she had placed on my eyes fell off and onto the bed (making it contaminated), i had to sit there calling for help until someone came in to place it back without cleaning it. Multiple times throughout the appointment i was told to open my eyes, which meant the perming solution got into my eyes, resulting in redness and itchiness the following day. When the appointment was over, she told me to have a look and i was appalled. She had gotten pink and blue solution all over my face (which stained), and i couldn’t even notice that the lashes were lifted - they looked THE EXACT SAME. To top it off, they charged me twice for the appointment and i am still waiting for a refund. I hope they do better at their other treatments, but as far as lash lifts go i would never recommend going to Kess Hair and Beauty.

Really really angry with the service about eyebrow shape for my bf. I ask for tidy up the hair dont change shape. The person who did the eye brows make his eyebrows thinner and one side down. also she start peel the wax when it not hard so smell wax everywhere on his face and hair and clothes. We ask for wax because it is less pain however because she peel when wax not settled many hair didn’t come off. So have to threading all over again. I work in salon 7 years i dont know how to do eyebrows but i saw many times how beautician do. I know Kess dont really care about the complaints like this.But never come here again. Albany kess is better.

I loved it there, had the best hairdresser and makeup lady. But then they got a new beauty lady and while getting eyes done I could smell “cleaner” and then my eyes were stinging. I said something so she wet the wipes with water and kept wiping. When finished I looked down and to my horror she was using 99% kills all bacteria cleaning wipes to clean the dye off my lashes. I was horrified. I messaged them after wards cos the owners weren’t there. They asked for my number and would follow up and then never did. Next time I messaged they ignored it.

I love going to Kess Hair & Beauty at Glenfield because of Durga. I am always happy of her services and will only book for her. She is lovely and made me comfortable about the thought of pain in waxing. She always does wonders on my eyebrows and love her of being thorough and gentle at the same time when she will do my underarm. Thank you Durga and keep up the great work!

Omg, they are amazing. I though that I was speaking to the place outside countdown. They fixed my eyebrows after the young woman threaded them. Left a hole and gaps in the colour. So Thankyou less I won't ever go back to the other place

Naomi helped me to choose right colour for my hairs and did an amazing job with full of patience. All staff members are very nice and friendly. I spent almost 5 hours with full of comfort.

Always happy of Durga’s works on my eyebrows and others and comfortable with her, hence I will only avail her service. She is the reason why my daughter and I keep coming back to Kess Hair & Beauty Glenfield.

I went here to get my eyelashes lifted and had the worst experience in a beauty store I would not recommend going here to get lash lifts, they had very bad customer service and did not communicate to me what she would be doing I was confused what she was doing and she would leave the room without telling me for about 10 minutes and would turn the lights off. After leaving I didnt see any difference of my lashes except for the fact that they were bruised.I am completely upset about this I SPENT $60 FOR NOTHING dont recommend getting your lash lifts at this place. 😭😭

My grandma, who is profoundly deaf went to get a haircut from this place. She was served by Renae, who went over and above for her. She often finds experiences like this very difficult but Renae made this an extremely easy and enjoyable experience. She always had a smile on her face, and my grandma left feeling looked after and looking beautiful. We will be using Renae again, and would recommend her to anyone 🥰
