Not
very
professional
staff!
I
booked
an
appointment
with
a
doctor
at
their
reception
only
for
the
doctor
to
text
me
few
hours
later
that
he
is
not
available
and
cancelled
the
appointment.
I
got
an
appointment
of
a
different
doctor,
who
was
good
but
had
hard
time
getting
blood
of
my
veins
and
made
4
to
5
attempts.
He
asked
me
for
a
revisit
once
the
tests
are
done.
But
when
I
came
later
the
center
was
closed
due
to
Covid.
I
went
back
a
month
later
only
to
be
informed
that
the
doctor
no
longer
works
there
anymore.
I
was
asked
to
take
see
a
new
doctor
and
pay
the
first
visit
fee
although
it
was
a
revisit
to
check
my
reports.
The
new
doctor
seemed
to
be
in
a
hurry
although
there
were
no
patients
waiting.
He
didn't
check
my
reports
and
never
commented
on
them
but
started
a
completely
new
procedure
and
asked
me
to
come
again
and
walked
down
stairs
to
the
reception
to
make
sure
I
paid
the
fees
for
a
new
visit.
Is
this
how
doctors
suppose
to
behave?
Is
this
how
New
Zealand
Healthcare
system
always
been?
Do
these
people
have
an
oversight?
Can
I
complain
to
some
authorities
about
them?
