Do not get tested here. It was the least thorough test I've had in my life. No questions, no nothing, barely swabbed the entrance of my nose and counted to 5 in half a second. No way that's a proper test. Dude didn't even clean the chair other patients had touched.

Not very professional staff! I booked an appointment with a doctor at their reception only for the doctor to text me few hours later that he is not available and cancelled the appointment. I got an appointment of a different doctor, who was good but had hard time getting blood of my veins and made 4 to 5 attempts. He asked me for a revisit once the tests are done. But when I came later the center was closed due to Covid. I went back a month later only to be informed that the doctor no longer works there anymore. I was asked to take see a new doctor and pay the first visit fee although it was a revisit to check my reports. The new doctor seemed to be in a hurry although there were no patients waiting. He didn't check my reports and never commented on them but started a completely new procedure and asked me to come again and walked down stairs to the reception to make sure I paid the fees for a new visit. Is this how doctors suppose to behave? Is this how New Zealand Healthcare system always been? Do these people have an oversight? Can I complain to some authorities about them?

Went for a COVID test with the flat… I didn’t catch his name but our doctor but he was awesome. Super friendly, really gentle and over all lovely. Super quick too, didn’t wait long

Went here to book Covid test for overseas travel for my friend. Booking online was so easy as they are using a great software which we also use on our work. We have an option to drop our test to their lab for extra fast process as we do not have to wait for the courier to deliver the test at the end of the day. Test result was available just 12 hours before my friend's flight. Now my father will go and book overseas covid test with them soon.

For mens TRT, they only offer creams and herbal supplements. Do not bother if you are serious about getting TRT. This should be disclosed on the website instead of only after you pay $175 for a consultation.

I recently had a supervised travel RAT done with Dr Rachel. The process was so smooth and easy, and everything was completed in under 30 minutes. Dr Rachel was also really accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice, especially for busy professionals. Thanks again!

I had a PCR travel test done by Dr Rachel Lee. I found her to be very caring, helpful and patient. She explained the procedure clearly and best of all, there was hardly any discomfort (and I'm usually quite anxious about medical procedures)! Extremely helpful staff!! I needed to get my PCR test done to travel; They followed up with the lab to get the results issued in time for my flight and even arranged for a doctor to come in during the after hours to do the swab. I'm beyond grateful to Doctor360 :)
