Poor service. I would not recommend shopping here. Ordered online, they spent their time to send the items I ordered. They also did not reply on my email. For me it took over two weeks before I got the things. They also split the order and sent it to different locations around the city where I live. I don’t know how that is even possible as I used one address on a single order.

I ordered express one week ago and the package is still not send.

I bought a couple items from the online store. Sadly the post service failed to scan the package and I never received anything. But they sent an email explaining what had happened and got a full refund from them. Im very happy with the service and will shop here in the future.

Good online merchant! Fast delivery and good packaging (comparing to Addnature)!! I have zero problem shopping with them. In fact I probably have spent a lot on their online store! Suggestion: the design of your online store can be better, make the UI better.

The online shop is great but the store was a little didspoiting, empty shelves, not a lot of products on display and prices that didn't match the online prices, maybe discounts had not been marked or discounts only available online.

Shopped a couple times online with them, no problem at all. Smooth transaction!
