Came for a Swedish Charms for our trip and was not disappointed. Very friendly staff and had duty free forms.

A good selection of Pandora jewelry right in the heart of Stockholm, close to other shopping malls. I bought a new Disney Pandora for my bracelet. Wonderful! There are no similar ones in Finland, at least in the stadium, so if you go to Stokis and are Pandora fans, this store is a must. 💖💕

Best store to buy you accessories with best quality and best warranty two years they gave you a new piece if something happened and you have 10 year for cleaning or glamorize.

Worst Pandora store in the World. I have purchased in Pandora stores all around the World and this is by far the one with the most awful staff. I bought a lot of charms the day before (more than 300€) and I asked about the closing time on Saturdays to come back today. When I got there, they told me the store was closed even though there were clients buying inside. I told them that I only wanted one specific charm (just pay and go) but they wouldn’t let me in though they told me the closing hour wrong and I told them it was my last day in the city and the charm is not available in my country!!! I can see I have not been the only one having an unpleasant experience with this staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to travelers !! It’s better to wait and find the piece at another place/country selling the Scandinavian collection. It might be high time for the worker in charge of this store to have a little chat with their staff, just saying…

Got accused of being a thief due to the saleslady only giving us one earring. Quality of products is low and I have never had a good experience in this store. There are alot of better and cheaper options in åhlens or just in the old town. Avoid this place if possible.

Poor and cheap packaging does not reflect the price. Return policy not customer friendly. Integrate returns to physical stores.

Visited the store on a Sunday. It’s a nice store and well located in Stockholm. But the girl who was ”helping me” had such a negative attitude. She was not service minded and it felt that she hated to work. I got so annoyed of the service and just left. I have liked Pandora as a brand for a long time but I wish that the service in stores could be better and more professional. It’s the least to expect when spending a lot of money on your products.
