I have been receiving regular massages from Sarah in West Bridgford Clinic , and I must say that her shoulder massages have been a game-changer for my chronic shoulder pain. This was my first visit to Adjust Massage. I booked a deep tissue massage with Ben. Ben was fantastic, really listened to me when I described all my aches and pains. The massage itself was very good, towards the end I was very relaxed and felt the tension in my muscles release. Will definitely be booking another massage.

Saw Ben for a sports massage due to pain in the shoulder/upper arm area. Whilst the problem hasn't been resolved after one visit, I have booked for follow up treatment. Ben was friendly and efficient, explaining everything he was doing. The length of the appointment was reduced due to discomfort and the price adjusted accordingly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had a sports massage yesterday with Adrian, it was genuinely the best massage I have ever had. He located numerous areas of tension I wasn’t even aware I had and really put my through my paces ( in a great way ) Adrian is an extremely knowledgeable man who explained the treatment in depth at each stage which I greatly appreciated, he gave me advice on the importance of stretching before my runs and really took his time to understand my needs. I highly recommend a massage with Adrian if your looking for someone with expertise and a wonderful personality. Thank you!

I booked in for a sports massage with Christine, this was my first sports massage I've had so can't really judge from past experiences. I did however find Christine very professional and knowledge, she also did a great job and very respectful of pain thresholds. I can take a lot of pain and Christine almost took me too my limit however I'm feeling the benefits of the massage today and feel more loose, also my posture has improved

Second time I have had a back massage with Silvia. She is amazing! Very friendly, puts you at ease and works wonders at relieving tensions. I have never had a massage that made me want to book again until now :)

Very happy with my massage. Jesse very friendly and thorough, he took my health conditions into consideration throughout the massage and was constantly making sure I was comfortable and not in too much pain. I arrived with a persistent horrible pain in my back, and left with that pain greatly reduced. By the following morning the pain was basically non-existent and a couple days later I felt good as new. I will definitely be booking another appointment sometime in the near future!

I received a sports massage from Molly. The massage was fantastic, Molly really addressed the areas I mentioned in the consultation. Molly gave me great nutritional & food tips, also muscle recovery tips. I’ve booked back in for another massage and I recommend booking a sports massage with Molly, because you’ll be delighted with her expertise and massage.

I had the most relaxing Deep Tissue massage yesterday, with Christine. Very good technique and left feeling great. Christine noticed some tension in my legs and recommended some stretching techniques. Would highly recommend Christine and will be returning!

I had a session with Heather, who thoroughly investigated my issue and advised appropriately. She is extremely knowledgable, personable and caring - she followed up to check how I was after. Despite the circumstances, it was a great first visit and would recommend to anyone. Great location, clean rooms & fitted me in quickly!

I explained my back and shoulder problem to a knowledgeable person on reception and was given a next day appointment. Silvia gave me an excellent deep tissue massage and incorporated some hot stone work. It gave immediate relief to the pain and helped me move so much better.

Christine is my therapist at Adjust and my experience has been absolutely fantastic. I drive 30-40minutes just to come to this clinic for my appointments. Very professional and amazing service everytime. I have visited for deep tissue massages, sports massage and indian head massage which were all by far the best i have experienced. After 1 day of visiting i am usually pain free :) definitely recommend!
