I
love
going
to
pregnancy
yoga
with
Clare.
It
nourishes
the
mind,
body
and
soul
and
I
have
learned
so
much
about
labour
and
birth
through
the
classes.
She’s
really
knowledgeable
and
up
to
date
on
a
lot
of
related
topics
as
well
as
what’s
on
in
the
community.
Clare’s
classes
were
recommended
to
me
by
two
other
yoga
teachers
who
both
said
she
was
fantastic,
and
boy
were
they
right.
She
has
a
lovely,
calming,
patient,
grounded
presence
and
her
goodness
shines
through.
She
has
so
much
positivity
and
care
for
the
women
that
attend
her
classes
and
you
can
tell
that
she
loves
doing
what
she
does.
She
really
tailors
the
class
to
whatever
has
come
up
in
conversations
and
I
love
that
at
the
start
all
the
participants
get
to
introduce
themselves
(usually
something
I
don’t
like
doing!).
She’s
really
flexible
as
well
and
will
bend
over
backwards
to
help
anyone,
for
example
if
you
can’t
make
one
week’s
class
she
might
suggest
another
class
on
another
day
or
attending
via
Zoom
so
you
don’t
miss
out.
She
even
offered
to
take
some
photos
during
the
class
to
keep
as
a
memento.
The
space
itself
is
a
lovely
size
and
atmosphere
-
I
feel
so
happy
and
relaxed
here
I
want
to
come
during
labour!
Along
with
hypnobirthing,
one
of
the
best
things
I
have
done
during
pregnancy.
