I'm waiting for long to get aMedical Dr./physician. How a patient waits for about 5hrs to get a Dr. ? The hospital should work on the accessiblity by assigning additional resources and provide agile service to the customers. Good to review the price for credit service provision, it's a bit higher than the other private health institutions.

They told us that Dr. Mikael ( internist ) is rounding and he will be back shortly. After making us wait almost 2 hours, they told us he left . I doubt if he was even there at 1st place . What a stupid move !

The hospital put phone for remote communication but Crew not didn't respond and even make the phone busy. Technology is for easy of communication and work. The manager shall follow up that the waiters respect the callers as customer and respond.

The worst hospital in Addis Ababa and in the entire world. Some of the staff members are not only helpless but also arrogant and incompetent. Dr Tesfamariam, the ladies in the HR department and receptionist on the 1st floor are the best examples. Very unethical and inhumane treatment. Avoid this hospital!

Just go to this hospital if you want to pay your money for useless medical service (treatment). They are money oriented however the health concerns take priority. Doctor takes advantage to let you pay for every silly case and estimate high cost. Which seems they have commission for the revenue of generated with them. Especially, they never recommended for an organization who want to have an agreement for credit service.

The hospital service was unacceptable. The payment seemed to be based on the doctor's decision, as he ordered me to pay an amount not listed in their system. I had an audiogram, and the system showed a price of 850 ETB. However, the doctor instructed the reception to charge me 2100 ETB. When I requested my medical report, he refused to write it properly as expected. The doctor's name is Dr. Tilahun.

Very unorganized and rude stuff. Specially the nurses are lazy and irresponsible. In fact they told us to stay up all night to keep eye on the patient so they can sleep. However the doctors are very experienced and humble.
