We had booking on 26-27 Sep 23 Rooms were good, But resort was not operational just the pool was open. reason they told is because of less bookings we need to keep this close, we generally keep resort close in weekdays. well it's quite understandable but atleast you should inform this before reaching to property. we haven't travelled 50km just to stay in room.

The cottages were clean and well maintained. The property is overall huge and has water rides, a deep pool, aqua dance, and a restaurant. A few water rides were not functional. The food however was disappointing. Many items got over quickly and we had to wait a long time for a refill. This happened during lunch time as well as tea time. We couldn’t get some snacks because of the unavailability.

We had great stay here, the rooms were very good and clean. The service was also good, we haven't faced any issues regarding that. As we have taken room so the Amusement park ticket was included into it, so it was nice to come back in your room after having fun in water park instead of again travel back to your distination. The food was also very good. In all I will recommend Visava if you want to get away from daily life and, enjoy and relax here.

Though water of pool was not so clean but we enjoyed water rides a lot. We faced so many problems for lunch. 1.Only three food counters for huge crowd. 2. No separate Veg and non veg counters. 3. We were in queue for near about half an hour for lunch. 4. Unhygienic food area. 5. Tasteless food. 6.Mismanagement was also seen.

Awesome experience. Huge place for water games. Food quality is excellent. Staff is soft speaking & helpful. Nice ambience. Rain dance in Resort is just awesome. You can enjoy with your friends and family members. Nice place to overnight.

I wish if i could give 5+ star. We visited this resort in diwali days so it was quiet peaceful and very refreshing. My son needed quick break before his preboards and board so found this nice resort very closed to kharghar . We family of three stayed there for 2 days and it was worth every penny spent Everything is good. Lobby, rooms, surrounding, water slides exactly like what is shown in picture on report website. Most importantly the staff was very polite and very humble. The service was very quickly attended. Resorts' restaurant garam masala is amazing. Very tasty food. Specially veg diwani handi. Rest other menu that we ordered were tasty too. The lights decoration in swimming pool area was good experience for night walk after dinner. Only disappoinntment -indoor games were not much usefull as the arrow was broken and fussball table too was damaged at one corner. I wish if they could keep them in good condition. So my son only Enjoy ttable tenis and pool and carom. The buffet brekfast too was very good. They really did manage good quality food and variety too. Also the cleanliness of tables and chairs and surrounding is noticable. It is worth visiting twice. Even one day stay too can be nice experience. Safe for single visitor as there are lot of worker working all around. Must consider for quick family trip if you live nearby panvel

One of the best resort I have visited till now. Great place to have a good weekend with family, friends and your loved ones. The resort and rooms were well maintained. It’s a huge resort and the scenery was beautiful. And it was relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Pools are maintained well. Rides are not well maintained. Water leaking from rides. Floor at Aquadisc is too rough and causes discomfort. Food is average. I was surprised to see that coffee is not served as part of the package. Both tea and coffee is standard offering at all resorts. Tea was too sweet. Tea and coffee must be served sugarless with sugar kept separately so one can add as per their taste. Hope this is taken as feedback and not as a complaint

We had been there on 21 Aug Sunday with Friends but we had a Horrible Experience. The ticketing Staff was rude AT PAR, no disc he provided instead we had been there at 13:00 hrs. For Lunch, the food was too horrible and tasteless and no variety and on top of that in the Dining area there were too many cats, roaming around the tables and getting up on the tables which makes it very uncomfortable and unhygienic too, the Lockers staff were behaving as if they are the Owner of the resorts, Overall review is pool and rides are nice but needs to be maintained with Good staff, hygienic conditions. So if you are planning to have good food and clean environment Avoid going to this RESORT :(

situated close to Mumbai on the Mumbai Goa old highway , resort is easily accessible, rooms are ok , but service needs to improve so is the cleanliness , overall ok and decent property for marriage etc function

It's a good place to visit with friends. Water park is small but good. Food quality is ok. Rooms are amazing, interior design of the rooms are good. There are different categories of the rooms like cottages, simple and deluxe rooms, all are good. Indoor games are also good and well conditioned. Mostly I observed the people came via office trips. For this, they have a place wherein we can arrange some games or DJ for our trip. Overall a good place to visit on weekends.

Famous resort for water amusement facilities. Quality accommodation available at feasible charges. Food is nice. Could be overcrowded at long weekends or End of summer, diwali vacation. Family, friend, children all enjoy the place. Restaurant available. Lesser checks on entry points makes is easy to access and enjoy.

Highly recommended. Away from the hustle bustle from the city, this is the awesome place to make memories with your family and friends. Do visit this place. Very well maintained rooms and services is up to date. Food is very delicious. You can stay or you can visit for one day picnic also. We were there for 2 days. It was great experience.

Pros: a) The staff are very polite, helpful and supportive. b) The rooms (with smart TV), pools, dining area, water park is maintained very well. c) The food is excellent especially the non vegetarian dishes. You can also request for the food to be delivered to your room. d) The surroundings around the pool(Karnala fort, mountains, natural greenery) is mesmerizing. e) Due to staying at the resort on a weekday (Wednesday and Thursday) there was less crowd and I enjoyed the water pools and aqua disc privately with no interference from the other guests. f) The pools have depth of various ranges like 1 foot, 2 feet, 3 feet, 4 feet, 5 feet, 6 feet etc. Hence you can enjoy the pools at leisure. Cons: a) Travelling to the resort can be challenging as one may not get Uber/Ola rides easily as informed by the hotel staff/ guests. However the hotel staff informed that one can get auto rides easily for Panvel outside the resort.(I was fortunate to get Uber ride easily both while returning and to reach the resort.) b) One may not find high adrenaline rush water rides or wave pools inside the resort. There are less than 10 water rides however I enjoyed the rides a lot. c) The food is a bit expensive and could have been economical. Overall an excellent visit and worth the stay.

Executive rooms and suits are excellent. over all location is nearer to mumbai. Very good location and all surround with flowers and trees. We get more oxygen in this resort. Food quality excellent.

Disappointing Food Experience at the Water Park I recently visited Vishawa water Park with great excitement for a day filled with fun and adventure. While the water attractions lived up to my expectations, unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the dining experience. The food quality at the water park left much to be desired. Despite the variety of options and overall taste were lacking. The limited variety of food choices further compounded the issue. It was disheartening. The lackluster food experience detracted from the overall enjoyment of the day. A visit to a water park is meant to be a holistic experience, and a satisfying culinary aspect is an integral part of that. I hope the management takes note of this feedback to improve the food quality and variety, ensuring that future visitors can fully enjoy every aspect of their visit. If you have your own transport then it's nice else be ready to get harassed by the local auto wala who won't let any cab services to come. They are bunch of goons who will force and threaten ppl. The food is very average and we found insect in one plate. Veg food was spoiled. It's just has one water slide and very small space. Not worth the price and effort you would take. Overall average experience.

The service was good. The rooms were nice and clean. The water park was well-maintained and equipped. The resort is perfectly located for tourists from Mumbai hardly 1-2 hrs drive away. Would definitely recommend it for a 2-night stay. The hotel staff and management are cooperative and professional.

Went there for a company picnic. A smallish water amusement park with just a few rides. It is well maintained and clean. They also have a rain dance discotheque. Bad speakers in that one. Small lockers good enough for one bag. Not enough toilets. Banquet hall with essential facilities. Food was ok and edible with some tasty dishes.

Excellent option for a day trip or overnight stay. They have swimming pool and another pool with slides and play area. But it is too much crowded on weekends. The rooms are pretty good, clean, well equipped and are reasonably priced. I was happy that the refrigerator in the room was functional too, as I have been to many hotels where it doesn't work.

We hosted a get-together for family here. A group of 30 people. The location and the rooms are really nice. The pools are good for a group to have fun. Please note that it is not a waterpark. Just a pool with different slides and a bunch of showers. The restaurant is fine. They keep a buffet, so veg and non-veg food is kept next to each other which can be a problem for some folks. The staff at the rooms was really nice and helpful. They accommodated all our requests. Overall a great place to stay.

I had a great experience in this place. The ambience of the whole resort and my room was so beautiful. We had come for a brief staycation but we found everything top notch especially the hospitality and trust me the food is to die for here. I would highly recommend to anyone planning, do visit this place, you won't be disappointed. Rest assured, just wanna thank the resort for their great services and experience they gave us.

Excellent ambience. The area is surrounded by mountains. Karnala fort is closely visible and near. Waterpark playing options are great. Swimming pool is big enough. Restaurant is good but mediocre service. Food is good.Adequate parking. Playing ground and indoor outdoor games available.

Stay was best experience ever I have seen. Rooms and hotel is awesome...best cleanliness and as per international std. Rating-5/5 Food quality/taste need to be improved..try to provide authentic food.. Rating-2/5 2-3 water slides were inoperative... All the water slides/rides should start at 9AM (as mentioned in package) instead of 10.30AM. Also need major maintenance and beautification. Rating-3/5

Overall a nice property specially if you are looking amusement with kids. each and every Staff is doing great job from their side. only reason to give 4 * that at the location, local drives force you to hire them whether you wanted or not if you are not going by own vehicle. pros : - Full on amusement and activities for everyone. -Water park is nice and pool area is 5 * - little maintenance required with a few slides in water area which are slippery. - House keeping , maintenance, restaurants staff and everyone within the property are doing fantastic job from there side. Cons: > only thing to be noticed , if you are going with hired cab, the local auto drivers at gate does not allow cabs to operate there and they will force you to hire them at their cost and their decided destination whether you want to go there or not. So, Resort management must ensure that their visitors must not be threatened by anyone and forced to take something which is not required at there entrance Gate at least.

Food was very bad. Tea was not sugarless. Food was below average. Cleanliness was not maintained. Changing room was not cleaned regularly. Staff in dining room was very rude. They were unable to manage crowd. They just served pav pav in morning and evening as well.
