Great place in Mahindra world city. Constructed by Hafeez contractor, it has space to its credit. Lot of plumbing and design issues cause problems for the owners. It has apartments, row houses and villas in the same community and it creates some issues for maintenace of the property. It has big club house, swimming pool and gym apart from nice roads..

The best place to stay when you work at Mahindra World City, the campus is very green, spacious and very well managed. It has a gym and a swimming pool which is pretty big. The security is also very proactive here. If you are open with you budget you can even go for villas here which are very very spacious and give you a luxurious living feel.

It is one of the oldest residential properties in Mahindra City and due to that almost all the houses and flats are already occupied. Getting a brand new house here is next to impossible.
